DuxConnect Professional Installation ption DuxConnect is a professional installation service available for all Dux water heaters. To take advantage of the DuxConnect service you will need to complete the following steps; 1. Contact your Bunnings Trade Rep or DuxConnect (1300 DUX NW) to discuss installation requirements and pricing. 2. btain a set of plans showing planned solar collector and tank locations. 3. Send set of plans along with a Bunnings purchase order for the supply and install to DuxConnect duxconnect@dux.com.au. 4. The builder will call 1300 DUX NW to organise solar collector installation giving 5 working days notice. The solar collectors are mounted after roof completion, prior to safety rails and scaffolding being removed. Should you wish to utilise this service, contact your Dux Account Manager or DuxConnect for further information.
