IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following: READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE. DANGER To reduce the risk of electric shock: 1) Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning. 2) Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately. 3) Do not use while bathing or in a shower. 4) Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. Do not place or drop into water or other liquid. WARNING To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury to persons: 1.This product is for household use only. 2. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children, or physically challenged or disabled persons. 3. Unplug the appliance from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Keep cord away from heated surfaces. 4. Do not operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug or if the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped, dropped in water or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to nearest service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment or repair. No repairs should be attempted by the consumer. 5. Turn switch to OFF position and unplug cord before cleaning the unit. 8. Never use while sleeping or drowsy. 9. Do not overfill unit past MAX line inside unit. Use this appliance on level surface. 10. Do not operate unit without water. 11. Do not use if you have any skin irritations, rashes, cuts, burns, or warts. Always use provided fill cup. 19. Always fill appliance while unplugged. 20. Periodically inspect stones for chips or sharp surfaces, prior to use. If found, discontinue use and discard stone. 21. Always test each stone's temperature by touching it first with your fingers, then holding it in your hand, before placing stone on the user. The stone should feel warm but not uncomfortable. 22. To prevent scalding, never add boiling or steaming water! 23. Only use the stones provided with the Conair Heated Stone Spa. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAUTIONS This Conair Heated Stone Spa Therapy System should not be used in the following cases unless directed by a physician: Tuberculosis, benign and malignant tumors, hemorrhages, inflammations of the skin, phlebitis and thrombosis, open and fresh wounds, bruises, broken skin or varicose veins or undetermined calf pain or joint pain. Consult your physician, if you have any therapeutic questions regarding use of this appliance. In case of pregnancy, diabetes, or illness, consult your physician before using this appliance. Do not use on any unexplained pain before consulting your physician. Use should be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain or discomfort result, discontinue use and consult your physician. Do not fall asleep while using this appliance. Keep away from children. This unit is not a toy. Children should not use it or play with it.

Place warm stones on specific body areas to relieve muscle tension and stress. Relax and allow the warmth of the stone to gently radiate deep into muscles (FIG.4). As the stones cool, you may return them to the stone basin. The stone will return to the appropriate temperature in several minutes. You can also massage specific body areas with warm stones (FIG.1,2,3). Place a drop of the included massage oil on the specific body area to be treated, prior to stone placement. Place a drop of massage oil onto the large stone and gently massage the area to be treated (FIG.5). (Be careful - stones will be slippery due to the oil.) Make sure you relax and enjoy the warmth for 15 minutes, for a complete heated stone massage therapy experience. 10. Once your therapy is completed, turn rocker switch to "Off" position. After use, always unplug the appliance. 11. Be careful when removing or replacing stones. Never drop stones into the appliance, as damage may result. MAINTENANCE Clean after each use. Never clean appliance while plugged in. After use, remove stones and then remove water. Clean with a damp soft cloth and mild detergent. Never rinse in sink or immerse appliance in water. Rinse the stones using clean water and mild detergent, then allow to dry before storing. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way. STORAGE Store the appliance in its original package or in a safe, dry place out the reach of children.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials. To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service centre listed below that is nearest you, together with your purchase and $7.50 for postage and handling. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province. HOW TO USE 1. Remove the 20 natural stones, heated stone basin, translucent cover, bamboo tongs, measuring cup and 2 bottles of massage oil from all packaging. 2. Remove and wash each stone before use. 3. Add all stones to the heated basin. 4. Before plugging in appliance, add water using included measuring cup, just to the level where water contact is made with the highest stone. No need to immerse the stones completely. Place the translucent cover on the heated stone basin. 5. Check to make sure the appliance power switch is off, then plug in 120 VAC outlet. 6. Using rocker switch, turn the appliance on. The "Red LED" will light. 7. After approximately 40 minutes, the "Green LED" will light. The stones are now heated to an appropriate temperature to begin your heated stone massage therapy. 8. Using the supplied tongs, carefully remove your first stone from the appliance. Before placing a stone, test the stone temperature by touching it, first with your fingers, then by holding it in your hand. The stone should feel warm but not uncomfortable.
