This report identifies specific non-code, non-cosmetic concerns that the inspector feels may need further investigation or repair. Amendment to the inspection report Repair information: I fixed the leaking pipes in lower bath sink by replacing the seals. Tightened the set screws on the upper bath tub faucet. Fixed the upper bath to hall door so it positively latches. Discussed the outside wiring with an electrician and he said since the wires are all specified for outdoor use and underground installations and are all for low voltage outdoor lights there is no need encase them in conduit. The inspector is mistaken in this requirement. No house hold power is be exposed to the environment. Roof and gutters have been cleaned and roof treated.
