The SERVICE function allows to program the maintenance interventions that have to be done on the machine, according to the kind of use. This allows to keep always efficient the dishwasher, by avoiding working interruptions due to a short maintenance. The steam passes through a cooling battery fed with cold water and so condenses. DRYING TUNNEL It s located at the machine s exit. By means of an electrical or steam battery, a fan blows on the dishes hot air at approx 90 C. HEAT RECOVERER TO BE COUPLED WITH STEAM CONDENSER This system allows to feed the machine with cold water. An electric fan conveys the hot air of the drying and the steams coming from the tanks to an heat exchanger that warms the cold feeding water up to reach appro 35 40. HEAT PUMP The system exploits the heat produced in the cooling cycle, which allows to constantly regenerate energy from the hot air produced in the machine, to preheat the rinsing water. This device allows to feed the machine with cold water, so as to save a lot of energy ( up to 15,5 kw with the basic model, up to 30 kw with superior models). AUTOMATIC START It allows to automatically start the machine when the baskets are put inside the washing tunnel. Loose roller conveyor limit stop with emergency group. RINSING FLOWMETER This device checks that the water flow is enough for an effective rinse. A flashing light indicates a contingent defect.
