(Alkalinity threshold not to exceed 11.0) Prevents plasticizer migration Non toxic, with an ultra-low odor - Contains no hazardous materials. Waterproof when dry Easy Clean Up - While wet, Commercialon Premium Barrier Coat can be removed from unwanted areas using soapy water. Typical Coverage: Approximately 104 to 140 sq. yds.
