- II-VI SUWTECH INC. 7 8 THE WORLD LEADER IN LASER SOLUTIONS Q-switched Laser Module Q-switched Eye-safe Laser DPQL- is a diode-pumped passively Q-switched laser that lases at eye-safe wavelength:nm. The laser is built into a very compact packaging but still includes an InGaAs PD to monitor the laser pulse output. The unique design and remarkable sealing technology enable the laser to operate stably over a very wide temperature range without temperature control. These features make it the ideal candidate for application in range finding, laser imaging and surveying equipment.
