Scope of Work -Single Family Home, San Diego, CA Project Introduction and Overview Description 1435 square foot ranch style home built in 1955. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a more contemporary feel and design. Located in the Rolando neighborhood of San Diego near SDSU. Rehab Overview The home had minor foundation issues & water drainage problems. The house needed a new roof, complete kitchen and bathroom renovations. Electrical and plumbing upgrades were needed as well. Contractor Overview Multiple contractors were needed to complete this project. A licensed general contractor was hired for the flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, roofing and all carpentry. A licensed engineer and licensed contractor were hired for all foundation work. A licensed electrician was hired for all electrical upgrades. EXTERIOR: General: 1. Repair any damaged wood and stucco on exterior of house & garage. 2. Haul away trash on East side of house. 3.
