About us The company Our company, the HANSA Klimasysteme GmbH, was founded in 1971 and is based in Strücklingen in the municipality Saterland. We have been guaranteeing sophisticated and high-quality air conditioning systems for more than 45 years. Since the founding of the company, we have been known for the construction of air-conditioning systems for schools, sports halls, swimming pools and hospitals as well as for use in both industry and process engineering in Germany and world-wide. As member of the association of manufacturers for air conditioning devices (RLT Herstellerverbandes e.v.), we undertake to construct our devices according to the associations guidelines to always guarantee quality, operational safety and legal security for our customers and operators. Our certified (TÜV Süd) construction software ensures comparable energy efficiency labeling. The construction and production are performed in QMconditions according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Our product range Custom solutions for a range of applications is the central point of our work. We produce individual units for ventilation, air conditioning, heat dissipation and dehumidification. Also, we offer configurable and scalable standard AHUs for a range of applications. Function and applications Function The rotor is a regenerative heat exchanger for heat, cold and moisture recovery. EA RA Advantages high degree of efficiency heat and cold recovery freely adjustable moisture recovery in the winter low pressure drop tested according to VDI 6022 and DIN 1886 turnkey solutions with control panel and DDC vertical or horizontal installation OA SA The rotating storage mass is driven by a belt and supplied with return and outside air in counterflow. Area of application The area of application for HANSA eco-r units is wherever high flow rates are required and the return air falls into categories ETA 1 to ETA 3 (see DIN EN 13779), including: office spaces conference rooms convention rooms training rooms points of sale meeting rooms school buildings hotels restaurants fitness centers Swimming pool auxiliary amenities Doctor's practices [ Pa ] 330.0 1.0 [ η ] 300.0 PHE 270.0 Rotor 0.9 240.0 210.0 0.8 180.0 150.0 PHE 0.7 120.0 90.0 0.6 Rotor 60.0 30.0 0.5 0.0 0.0 1.0 2.0 3.0 4.0 [ m/s ] The pressure drop (left y-axis coordinate) and the heat recovery rate (right y-axis coordinate) of the rotor and plate heat exchanger (PHE) are recorded for different air speeds (x-axis coordinate) (data: Klingenburg data sheet).
