GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS WARNING Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in serious injury. Save all warnings and instructions for future reference. Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of each cabinet. Maximum load capacity is 24 kg (53 lbs) per tray/ shelf. (RSDC02) Maximum load capacity per drawer: RSDR0: 40 kg RSDR02: 20 kg RSDR04: 20 kg Maximum load capacity is 80 kg (220 lbs) per wallmount bracket. Be aware of dynamic loading. Suddenly swinging or dropping load may briefly create excess load causing product failure. Keep the area around the cabinet clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries. Observe conditions around cabinet. Do not expose to rain. Keep work area well lit. Use the right cabinet for the job. There are certain applications for which this cabinet set was designed. Do not modify this cabinet set and do not use this cabinet set for a purpose for which it was not intended. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery as they can be caught in the cabinet doors, drawers and connections. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair. Maintain the cabinet set with care. The cabinet set must be kept clean and dry. Check for damaged components. Before using the cabinets, any component that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for alignment and binding of moving parts, any broken parts or mounting fixtures, and any other condition that may affect proper operation. Any component that is damaged should be replaced. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty. Mount only to wall studs or concrete wall over a smooth and flat surface capable of withstanding weight of cabinet and items stored in cabinet. Use only on flat, level and hard surface to prevent slipping. After installation, make certain that the cabinet set is mounted securely. The mounting surface (whether studs or concrete wall) must be able to support the cabinet set and its contents. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during installation. Keep clear of doors and drawers when closing. Do not allow children to play with the cabinet set. When moving or lifting heavy objects such as cabinets, obtain assistance from another capable adult. The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator. Read the entire important safety information section at the beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product. SYMBOLS Safety alert Please read the instructions carefully before using the product. Recommended maximum stack height is 800 mm. 20 Maximum weight limit is 20 kg per shallow drawer. 40 Maximum weight limit is 40 kg per deep drawer. 250 ASSEMBLY UNPACKING Maximum weight limit is 250 kg per roller base. There are two methods of mounting the cabinets: Preferred method - mount directly to wood studs within walls. Alternative method - mount the bracket to brick walls with suitable anchors.. Put the wall mount bracket against the wall at your 4

desired location, mark positions of mounting holes with a pencil. 2. Drill pilot holes and attach the bracket to the wall, making sure you use the right anchors. NOTE: The bracket supports up to 80 kg. 3. Align the 3 slots at the back of the cabinet with the tabs on the bracket. Hang the cabinet onto the bracket. 4. Secure the cabinet with 2 M6 bolts and flat washers through the lower holes from inside of the cabinet. NOTE: RSDC02 cannot be mounted on wall. ATTACHING CASTERS TO ROLLER BASE See figure 4-5. NOTE: Nuts have been preinstalled on the roller base.. Take out casters and hardware from the box. Make sure all casters, screws and washers are included (2 fixed casters, 2 swivel casters with brake, 6 screws and 6 flat washers). 2. Place the roller base on its top with packaging material beneath it for protection. 3. Attach 2 fixed casters on one end with four hex screws (M8*25) and flat washers each. Tighten all screws with a wrench. Do not overtighten them. 4. Install two swivel casters on another end with four hex screws (M8*25) and flat washers each. Tighten all screws with a wrench. Do not overtighten them. 5. Return the roller base to its upright position. NOTE: Maximum weight limit is 250 kg per roller base. REPLACING A BROKEN LATCH See figure 0-. NOTE: The plastic latch may be subject to breakage under improper use.. Open the door or remove the lowest drawer. 2. Loosen the two screws that attach the latch components to the main frame. 3. Remove the latch. 4. Insert the new latch. Secure it with two screws. 5. Close the door or replace the drawer. MAINTENANCE Using a soft, clean cloth and standard cleaning solutions to remove grease, dirt or oil. Do not use solvents or flammable cleaning liquids. Lubricate slides with petroleum jelly twice yearly. Use graphite to lubricate locks yearly. Drawer fronts, trim, and other surfaces may be cleaned with a mild detergent and warm water. REMOVING AND REPLACING DRAWERS See figure 6-7.. Empty the drawer. 2. Fully extend the drawer. 3. On the left side, push the locking tab down and hold. 4. On the right side, pull the locking tab up and hold. 5. Pull out the drawer to remove. 6. To replace, push the drawer into the slides until the drawer stops. LOCKING THE CABINET To lock the one-drawer cabinet, two-drawer cabinet, onedoor cabinet, two-door cabinet, and the right drawers of the four-drawer cabinet, turn the key clockwise. For the left drawers of the four-drawer cabinet, turn the key counterclockwise to lock. 2040624v STACKING AND UNSTACKING CABINETS See figure 8-9. Any item, except the roller base that should be placed at the bottom, can be stacked on top of another item. When properly stacked, the latches will snap in place. To disengage a cabinet from another, lift the two latches at the same time and then lift the cabinet. NOTE: Ensure cabinet and its content are not too heavy to lift. Ensure doors and drawers are locked before disengaging the cabinet. Recommended maximum stack height is 800 mm. 5
