The airend is driven by the electric motor (). Automatic belt tensioning The automatic belt tensioning device ensures consistent transmission effi ciency and excellent drive-system reliability. Specially developed SIGMA FLUID is injected into the airend to serve as coolant, lubricant and sealant. Under normal conditions the air reaches a temperature of only approx. 0 C during compression.
