Covering over 80 hectares of land to the south of the O2 Arena, the new neighbourhood will deliver over 12,500 new homes, together with commercial floorspace, film and media studios, new schools, a health centre, new parkland, visitor facilities and an integrated transport hub. We re now working on the zonal masterplans and reserved matters applications. The development will provide 920 homes, a primary school, extra care accommodation, business units, shops and a pub. We led the proposal through the planning process, including local consultation and the co-ordination of the Environmental Statement, and remain involved in delivering this outstanding project. Lambton Park, County Durham We worked with the Lambton Estate, one of the county s hidden gems, to deliver executive, family and affordable homes, offices and community hubs within the Green Belt. The planning permission has helped to secure funding for more than 50 heritage restoration projects across the Estate. We led the planning process and handled negotiations for the client.
