SERIES Berger Peat Moss Berger offers 5 different grades of OMRI-certified sphagnum peat moss that suit every horticultural need. SF Super Fine Sphagnum Peat Moss For seedling mixes, hydroseeding, and soil amendments, this grade is the cleanest on the market. BP F Fine Sphagnum Peat Moss This clean sphagnum peat moss is excellent for tree seed germination, soil amendments, and plants needing high water retention. Berger s hightech screening process guarantees the consistency professional growers depend on. C Coarse Sphagnum Peat Moss Reducing the need for aggregates, this coarse sphagnum peat moss gives professional growers the same air capacity and drainage as with perlite and vermiculite, but with better water availability. P Professional Sphagnum Peat Moss The most popular on the market, this all-purpose sphagnum peat moss can be used for soil conditioning or in the preparation of balanced growing mixes. BM 1 This family of mixes is manufactured with a combination of high quality ingredients that were selected to increase nutrient retention and improve wickability. BM 6 This family of all-purpose mixes offers an assortment of different drainage options that are adapted for a wide variety of growing realities. BM CUSTOM BLEND We can build a custom formulation specifically for your needs. BM 2 From plug trays to paper pots, from ornamentals to vegetables, this series is distinctively formulated to maximize uniformity of seed germination and other propagation methods. BM 7 Produced with stable pine bark, the BM7 series is formulated to maintain adequate drainage for long-term containerized productions of perennials, shrubs and trees. These heavier mixes help stabilize containers in windy conditions. 3.0 ft³ 85 liters Bags available 75 ft³ 2,124 liters BM 4 Blended with 100% natural fibers, this family of mixes is made possible thanks to the careful handling of our peat moss and the use of innovative alternative materials to create an ideal root environment without inorganic aggregates. BM 8 With the addition of our high quality composted peat moss, this product line increases the available water reserve improving shelflife in box stores.
