The following question had been asked: Question 1: In regards to the Make readies, if for instance one of the units has lead paint according to the regulation one will have to send a sample to get tested wait for the results etc. a process that will take approximately 5 days or so. If that is the case in one of the units a 3 day turn around won't work, what would be the procedure on that case for example? Answer 1: If the Contractor suspects that the make ready unit has lead based paint, he/she will stop work immediately and notify Property Manager.
