QUALITY KITCHENS for OVER 40 YEARS When we first started making kitchens, it was in an old farm building with just 4 employees using second hand machinery to make simple pieces of furniture for friends and family. Now we have over 200 staff and a state of the art, 60,000 sq ft factory, that produces over 8,000 kitchens every year. Its been an exciting journey with the typical business trials and tribulations along the way but we believe it s been worth it. We are all filled with pride when we see one of our delivery vehicles taking a kitchen to its new, expectant owner. We just know they ll be delighted. We can also offer expert advice on appliances, accessories, sinks, taps and work surfaces, making the best use of your budget and space. Kitchen Wish-list The Wish-list We like to talk you through 'The Kitchen Wish-list', a set of questions which help us to understand exactly what it is you want and need from your brand new kitchen. The Home Measure You can bring your dimensions into us but we always like to promote the importance of a home measure. It allows us to technically measure and make sure we know every detail of your room, including lighting and size. This is important as it takes the pressure off you and ensures that your dream kitchen will fit perfectly. The Design We take our time to design the best kitchen to fit your space by utilising our vast range of over 14,000 cabinet options and our beautiful colours and frontages. 4. 5. 6. The Installation Survey You will have a dedicated Installation Manager who is based in your showroom. They will oversee your project from plan to completion. A technical survey allows the Installation Manager to double check our dimensions are perfect, ready for your dream kitchen. The Installation Process We do offer our kitchens on a supply only basis, but we always like to recommend our fitters. Some of our expert fitters have worked with Sigma 3 for nearly 40 years, this means that they know the product inside and out. The Sign Off The final stage of your Sigma 3 kitchen is when the Installation Manager revisits you to check that the installation has gone smoothly and more importantly, to check that you are happy. We won t rest until you are happy! 13

EXPERT installation SERVICE The installation of your kitchen is as important as the design itself. With over 40 years' experience fitting kitchens you can trust us to make sure that your kitchen is fitted to our exacting standards and that the disruption to you and your home is minimised. 1. 2. 3. 4. Dedicated Installation Manager Every Sigma 3 customer benefits from having a dedicated Installation Manager. It is their job to manage the point of ordering through to when you sign the kitchen off as a happy customer! Installation Survey To ensure your kitchen fit goes smoothly, your Installation Manager will visit your home to complete a survey. During this visit the items on the order and measurements will be double checked with you. Once the installation survey has been carried out, your new kitchen can be ordered with our factory. Your Kitchen Delivery All our kitchens are delivered by our own dedicated delivery team who have been trained to handle our furniture in the correct and safe manner. We always use a two person delivery team to ensure that your kitchen arrives in pristine condition. Your Kitchen Installation During the Kitchen Installation, your Installation Manager will liaise with you and your fitter to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We would always advise that you use one of our recommended fitters as they understand our product and work with our designers all the time. However if you have decided to fit the kitchen yourself or use your own fitter we will be on hand to help with any queries! 5. 6. 7. Your Worktop Template If you are having Granite, Quartz, Corian or Bespoke Timber worktops then we offer a full template and installation service. Our worktop team will meet you at your home to discuss the detail of the worktop specification as well as taking the correct measurements. Your Worktop Installation After the worktop has been templated we will usually return to fit the worktops in 5 to 7 days (depending on the specification). The Sign Off Once the kitchen and worktop has been fitted our Installation Manager will visit you to ensure that everything is complete and you are happy with the end result. Your Sigma 3 Kitchen will then be yours to enjoy! 22

Single Oven Double Oven Combination Microwave Microwave Oven Warming Drawer Single ovens can be used on their own or combined with other compact appliances for the perfect cooking set up. A versatile kitchen companion featuring two cavities and a whole host of cooking possibilities. A combination microwave oven can grill and bake like a conventional oven, as well as heat and defrost. Extractor Hoods The best way to remove steam and odours is to extract the air out of the room through ducting. When the hood is too far from an outside wall, the only alternative is to recirculate the air. Stale air is sucked through a grease filter, before being purified in a charcoal filter, and then pumped back into the kitchen via an opening in the hood. Telescopic Hood Canopy Hood Integrated Hood Conventional Hood Perfect for a smaller kitchen where space is at a premium. These clever hoods pull out of the cabinet where required. Canopy hoods are designed to fit neatly under an overhead cabinet. They are discreet and save valuable space. An integrated hood looks like it is part of the furniture. Hidden behind a cabinet door, they simply pull out when needed. A conventional hood fits neatly under a kitchen cabinet, protruding only slightly. Attach the kitchen door and plinth and you will have a completely hidden dishwasher. Intended to sit between kitchen cabinets, having the control panel at the top means that you only require partial cupboard door to fit on the front. Discreet and unobtrusive, built-in washing machines remain hidden behind the cabinet doors in the kitchen. The standard option for most households. Accessible, easy to install, operate and service, a free standing washing machine simply slots into a recess. 161
Worktops Sigma 3 offers a huge selection of worktop choices to complement your dream kitchen. Whether you want the practical simplicity of a Laminate worktop or the grand finish of Granite, we have a wide choice of colours and finishes. Laminate Quartz Timber Laminate is a cost effective option that allows you to have the look of Wood, Stone or Quartz. The natural finish in a wide range of styles adds more character. Quartz surfaces bring the best of nature and science to contemporary living design. A man-made product that offers a huge selection of colours and also consistency between the different slabs (this is not always possible with natural products). Timber can bring a real warmth to your kitchen either as a full worktop or as a feature when combined other materials. Please note that this worktop will require regular oiling to maintain it. 162
