I. COMPANY BACKGROUND HISTORIC MILESTONES 1943 Central Water Heater Company Formed in NYC 1943 Lindy Hydrothermal was formed in NYC 1977 Lindy renamed as Lindy Coil 1982 Diversified Heat Transfer, Inc., formed through the merging of Lindy Coil and Central Water Heater. 2012 Diversified Heat Transfer, Inc expanded its operation to a second new factory in Towaco, New Jersey.
