The VPNSF-100 is an automatic inline volumetric NASAL SPRAY filling machine designed to fill liquid and semi viscous products. The VPNSF-100 is equipped with a AC drive with Index cam mechanism, worm guide and Star wheel with that indexes bottles throughout all system processes. The Cam Mechanism work bottom to up filling system prevents product foaming and splashing during the filling process. The volumetric syringe piston pumps are also AC motor driven and will ensure an easy fill volume setup and accurate fill levels.
