1. Introduction This document contains a list of issues that have been resolved in OnGuard 7.2, and is intended as a supplement to the OnGuard 7.2 Release Notes. 2. Access Control A slave reader for a dual reader interface added using the Wizard does not work (OG-29730): This release resolves this issue. The slave reader works as expected when added using the Wizard. 3. Alarm Monitoring Event text for Invalid Badge alarm is not displayed in Grant Deny pop-up (DE5433): This release resolves this issue. Event text for the Invalid Badge alarm appears as expected. Report style unexpectedly changes appearance in Alarm Monitoring when moving between remote connections (DE5912): This release resolves this issue. Reports appear as expected in Alarm Monitoring. Max Cardholders reached alarm does not appear in Alarm Monitoring (OG-29670): This release resolves this issue. The Max Cardholders reached alarm appears in Alarm Monitoring as expected. CommonAdministrationStrings.rc has the word Acknowledgment misspelled as Acknowledgement (OG-29710): This release resolves this issue. Acknowledgment is correctly spelled. Alarm Monitoring stops working when performing an alarm acknowledgment (OG-30205): This release resolves this issue. Alarm Monitoring works as expected. When sending Generic Input events, the alarm name is displayed in OnGuard instead of the text that associated with the event (OG-26778): In Alarm Monitoring, when Generic Input events are sent, the associated text now appears for the alarm description instead of only the alarm name. Generic Input events are: Input Alarmed - L_GENERIC_INPUT_ALARMED Input Normal - L_GENERIC_INPUT_NORMAL Input Low Low - L_GENERIC_INPUT_LOW_LOW Input Low - L_GENERIC_INPUT_LOW Input High - L_GENERIC_INPUT_HIGH Input High High - L_GENERIC_INPUT_HIGH_HIGH Alarm Monitoring operation slows after the Display Controller Capacity option is enabled (OG-30059): This release resolves this issue. Alarm Monitoring works as expected. Alarm Monitoring stops working when opening a map with devices in different monitoring zones than what is already opened (OG-30223): This release resolves this issue. Maps open in Alarm Monitoring as expected. Alarm Monitoring does not display receiver account groups (OG-30308): This release resolves this issue. Interior points generate alarms when in Arm Stay Mode (OG-30341): This release resolves this issue. Interior points operate as expected when the system is in Arm Stay Mode. 4. Badge Types "From Cardholder ID" badge types cause issue when adding second active badge (OG-29646): This release resolves this issue. From Cardholder ID badge types work as expected. 5. Communication Server Destination Entry Redirector/Server offline in Alarm Monitoring but online in Communication Server (DE5911): This release resolves this issue. The Destination Entry Redirector/Server appears online as expected. NGP Local IO link configured with an NGP-1320U-U second door auxiliary input does not work and generates a driver error during a panel download (DE6013): This release resolves this issue. An NGP Local IO link configured with an NGP-1320U-U second door auxiliary input works as expected and does not generate any errors during a panel download. ILS Integra (XPP programmer) does not download or reset when download completes (DE6228): This release resolves this issue. ILS Integra downloads and functions as expected. OUT Reader on NGP-1320 loses assigned access levels when upgraded to latest version of OnGuard (DE7079): This release resolves this issue. Access levels on OUT Reader on NGP- 1320 are retained as expected during an OnGuard upgrade. Communication and Linkage Servers gradually lose their functions if repeatedly disconnected from the database (DE7094): This release resolves this issue. The Communication and Linkage Servers work as expected. Communication Server can take up to 5 minutes to reconnect to database (DE7642): This release resolves this issue. The Communication Server reconnects to the database in an acceptable amount of time. Chime does not work (OG-30022): This release resolves this issue. Chime works as expected. ILS Lock events stop processing when the communication server temporarily loses database connection (OG-30209): This release resolves this issue. ILS Lock events work as expected. 6. Database Send to Print Service Bureau appears in OnGuard (OG-29554): This release resolves this issue. The Send to Print Service Bureau print badges permission has been removed from The Users > Cardholder Permission Group. 7. Database Setup Incorrect value for the Bias offset of the Casablanca/Morocco time zone (OG-30299): This release resolves this issue. The correct value for the Bias offset of the Casablanca/Morocco time zone is now inserted in the dbo.worldtz table of the OnGuard SQL database. 8. DataConduIT DataConduIT service stops when executing the MoveBadge method after changing the default segment of access panel to another custom segment (OG-29952): This release resolves this issue. The MoveBadge method can be executed successfully after changing the default segment of access panel to another custom segment. 9. DataExchange Badges cannot be added using the Copy Access Level Assignment action when Rollback entire row is enabled (OG-30168): This release resolves this issue. The action works as expected and badges can be added. Lnl_SegmentGroupMember does not show Member ID in OnGuard (DE7647): This release resolves this issue. Lnl_SegmentGroupMember returns correct values when queried as expected. Instances of Lnl_AccessLevelGroupAssignment missing in OnGuard (DE7478): This release resolves this issue. Lnl_AccessLevelGroupAssignment works as expected. 10. Digital Video PTZ Tour failed to run at the first added time (OG-29968): This release resolves this issue. PTZ tour starts as expected. Able to hear audio in mute state after launching video in Alarm Monitoring (OG-30174): This release resolves this issue. Audio is muted in both single view or matrix view. Video Viewer (Browser-based client) title bar color does not extend across for widescreen monitors (OG-30179): This release resolves this issue. The red title bar extends across the display as expected. 11. Global I/O Global I/O does not unmask input groups (OG-30099): This release resolves this issue. The Global I/O masks and unmasks as expected. 12. Linkage Server Linkage Server stops working when processing temporary access levels (OG-29921): This release resolves this issue. 13. MapDesigner Certain device names/font combinations cause MapDesigner to stop working (OG-29708): This release resolves this issue. MapDesigner works as expected. 14. OpenAccess Array parameters for execute_method are not parsed correctly (DE6233): This release resolves this issue. Array parameters work as expected. 15. Replicator Hardware Transaction Failed error occurs in Replicator when uploading several hardware transactions (add/deletes) from an Enterprise Master/Region (OG-30030): This release resolves this issue. Replicator works as expected. Site Publication Server does not download Segment Groups as additional segments (OG-30355): This release resolves this issue. Segment groups download as additional segments as expected. 16. Replication Administration Message Broker host is not removed from a parent region when the parent region is deleted from an OnGuard Enterprise system (DE5511): This release resolves this issue. The Message Broker host entry is removed as expected when a parent region is removed from an OnGuard Enterprise system. Access level modifications on separate badges may cause Failed Requires User Decision errors during replication (DE5992): This release resolves this issue. Modifications made to access levels on separate badges works as expected. Replication does not transfer date/time values in UTC causing discrepancies to appear between the Master and Region if in different time zones (DE7660): This release resolves this issue. Date and time values transfer in UTC as expected. 17. Reports User Transaction Log report does not display the correct records based on date time filter (OG-30031): This release resolves this issue. The User Transaction log report displays the correct records as expected. User does not receive the record count warning if OnGuard database uses non-default database password (OG-30251): This release resolves this issue. 18. Scheduler Custom reports that contain sub-reports with custom parameters fail to run (DE5584): This release resolves this issue. Custom reports run as expected. Recurring actions with specified end date do not work on last day (OG-30342): This release resolves this issue. Recurring actions work as expected. 19. System Administration Auto disarm option stops working when an intrusion mask group with an LNL-CK in it is modified (HPQC# 6957): This release resolves this issue. Intrusion mask groups can be modified and the auto disarm option works as expected. The same IP address can be used for the primary and secondary connections for a DES server (OG-29632): This release resolves this issue. The same IP address cannot be used for the primary and secondary IP connections. Controls in the Badge Template Assignment Wizard do not fit on the screen (OG-29699): This release resolves this issue. Controls on all tabs display as expected. Baud rate cannot be set when configuring an Intercom panel (OG-29901): This release resolves this issue. The baud rate can be set when configuring a Commend GE300/GE800 Intercom device or a Generic Intercom device. Hardware timezone is clipped in NGP Panels and Hardware Panels report (OG-29903): This release resolves this issue. Content displays as expected. No support for Authenticated Reader on the LNL-2210 and LNL-3300-M5 (OG-29957): This release resolves this issue. Authenticated readers can be properly configured for LNL- 2210 and LNL-3300-M5 panels, in addition to the LNL-2220 and LNL-3300 panels. CASI 20 DI inputs in 17-20 range cannot be used with custom alarms (OG-30180): This release resolves this issue. CASI 20 DI inputs can be used with custom alarms as expected. Pair Master settings is still checked even if 8RP reader is set as Paired Reader (OG-30210): This release resolves this issue. Pair Master settings is unchecked and disabled when 8RP reader is set as Paired Reader. Panel and Reader wizards are improperly blocked on an Enterprise Master (OG-30234): This release resolves this issue. Panels and readers can be added as expected. Unexpected alarm generated when badge is swiped at reader and Destination Assurance is configured (OG-30264): This release resolves this issue. The correct alarm appears in Alarm Monitoring when a badge is swiped at the reader. The maximum number of records (253) has already been added to segment Default Segment message appears when attempting to add records when the timezone max limit is reached (OG-30296): This release resolves this issue. 20. Visitor Management Cannot add a visit in Visitor Management (OG-30188): This release resolves this issue. Visits can be added as expected. This issue still exists if medium font size is used for the display. 21. Web Area Access Manager (waam) Web Area Access Manager shows cardholder access levels that are not managed by the user who is currently logged in (DE5921): This release resolves this issue. waam only shows cardholder access levels that the user who is currently logged in can manage. Area Access Manager (Browser-based client) fails to remove Access Level with the error The delete action failed. (OG-30226): This release resolves this issue. The application works as expected.
