Our Team Mr. M. G. N. M. Rizwan heads Luz Lighting as its Founding Director & Chief Executive Officer. Rizwan, a diploma holder in Lighting Designsbrings over Two decades of multi-disciplined experience with expertise in Business Development, Strategic Initiatives & operational efficiencies at Luz. He began his career in lighting design & consultation in 1995 and rose rapidly as a well-respected businessman in the business circle for sincerity and promptness. Rizwan has worked on many large scale projects and he specializes in the hospitality industry. Rizwan, facilitated growth in revenue and directs the company's strategy and help lead the conversion of Luz Lighting as premier one stop shop for any architectural lighting needs. Mr. Shihab Shaideen,is the Chief Operating Officer of Luz, Shihab is a dynamic result oriented business leader with over Two decades of experience in materializing organizational vision. Shihab s role encompasses critical components of connecting the business goals of Luz and expanding the company's entire portfolio of products and services, he is responsible for the strategic direction, corporate vision and long-term business development strategy for Luz. 13

Our Team Mr. Rifaz Rizwan is the Director of Finance, is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (U.K), Rifaz brings international management and business development skills to the team. Rifaz s commercial experience enhances the team to provide the company with the latest techniques, contacts and operations for growth and the strategic development in customer service areas. Mr. C.S. Prasanna Kumara is thechief technician& Head of Service Delivery. Prasanna is well reputed in his field with over 16 years of experience working for companies such as THK electrical (Pvt) Ltd handling multiple project sites. The Luz technical team consists of professional technicians led by Prasanna. Prasanna is responsible for all day-to-day operations. He champions, personally leads, and promotes Lean Enterprise initiatives, fostering a dynamic culture of change, evolution and continuous improvement.
