There are systems with fixed and adjustable louvre blades as well as discreet and striking designs. The kind of solar shading used depends on the budget, the technical possibilities and aesthetic preference. DucoSlide is an architectural solar shading system that consists of sliding panels. The range features a choice of slides with a LuxFrame or a SlimFrame. With the LuxFrame, the aluminium louvre blades are secured into place in a frame. In the SlimFrame, the louvre blades are positioned between discreet side profiles. The sliding panels can be operated manually or electrically via a simple symmetrical or telescopic slide system, and are also available as single (BiFold) and double (QuadraFold) folding panels. The louvre blades inside these frames can either be mounted in a fixed position or can be adjustable (manually). All louvre blades and profiles are available in F1 and in any RAL colour.
