Our Ultrasound cleaners and systems are very successful and have long term patents, they are used for professional and private uses such as engines for running bolides, axles and gearbox of different car producers and aviator turbines. INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS Ultrasonic equipment s are available in various designs with different volume of tanks. The ultrasonic cleaning system consists out of min. 2 consecutive tanks. Each tank is operated with its own control and generator unit so they are independent from each other. Each tank can be equipped with a timer and an electronically controlled heater, which can be adjusted between 20 C - 80 C. Everything can be controlled on the front side of the system. The ultrasonic power can be adjusted stagelessly between 40% - 100%. The system is totally made out of stainless steel and the wall thickness can be manufactured individually. How Ultrasound works Ultrasound means oscillations with frequencies above the audible range (above 18 khz). In liquids ultrasound creates microscopic small vacuum blisters which implode and generate powerful pressure pulses. During this process extremely high forces, occur which lead to micro pressure pulses and micro streams. Temporary liquid streams are developed with speeds up to 400 km per hour. This occurrence is called cavitation. The cavitation, affects a gentle and intensive cleaning at all places which are hit by the liquid. An effective cleaning with ultrasound will be achieved with EMAG concentrates, which are especially developed for the ultrasonic bath. It etches the contamination to a degree that the ultrasound can remove the contamination without any traces or damage to the cleaned goods. The appliance of ultrasound as such, however is not enough to achieve the expected result. Only together with the proper cleaning medium, the temperature and the appropriate cleaning time an optimum result can be achieved.
