design TEAM design PHILOSOPHY Javan Kontz Javan Kontz is from New Hope, PA. His passion is to serve the community around him by growing relationships and installing beautiful landscapes and outdoor living spaces. He received his Bachelor s of Science from the University of Maryland. He served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy and was joined the team at PLANT after 4 years in the military. He is a subject matter expert and holds a variety of certifications from Rutgers University. Ed Graziano Whether creating sculpture or designing outdoor living spaces, Ed Graziano has a keen ability to create results that appeal to the senses. Ed brings together his 30 years of knowledge in horticulture, design and construction to deliver refined organic landscapes. He guides his clients through the design process, ensuring that his designs meet their needs and incorporate the architectural details and exterior colors of the structures adorned by his landscapes. Antoinette Weinhofer Antoinette was a manager and a manager trainer in a well known year round nursery chain and has enjoyed planting and gardening, both indoor and outdoor, her entire life. She was recruited for her PLANT for her skilled customer service and project management expertise. When you talk to her, you ll see why our customers love her as much as we do! We believe that good design is not created: it is the interpretation of a lifestyle. It is an environment that considers its local interest, with a nod to the history of the space.
