Design Introduction: These Upompe Primeflo XP7 self-priming pump are heavy-duty design for rugged application and constructed to handle corrosive, abrasive and other aggressive fluids, as well as those liquids which must remain free of metallic contamination. Upompe Primeflo XP7 pumps are available in a wide selection of thermoplastics and in ANSI/DIN, self-priming, close-coupled and integral pump/shaft motor designs. This heavy-duty, Primeflo XP7 self-priming, centrifugal pump handles flows up to 85m 3 /hr, making it ideal for acid transfer, sump and tank evacuation, and emergency overload pumping. It is often specified for in-line pump service where headroom prevents the use of vertical pumps, and other applications where self-priming from depths to 15 feet (4.6 m) may be required. As with all Upompe Primeflo XP7 pumps, have no metal components are in contact with the fluid being handled. Even the large diameter steel shaft is isolated from the fluid by a thick sectioned thermoplastic/ptfe sleeve. No metallic contamination is possible. Features: 1. Installed in corrosive, pure and contaminated media in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, metal processing, waste water and disposal plants. 2. Impeller, shaft & casing are PTFE/PFA/Teflon liner, No metal contact. 3. Impellers are made with thermoplastic/ptfe material, injection molded with an embedded dynamically balanced metal shaft. 4. Insert with radial vanes. It shall be of semi-open vane design with keyway for mounting on shaft to assure positive drive. 5. Impeller type available from closed to semi opened. 6. Impellers are design with back vanes to offset axial thrust 7. Build with standard in grease lubrications. Optional in oil bath system 8. Dimension to EN 22 858/ISO 2858 9. Upompe Primeflo pumps are design with heavy duties bearing pedestal which allow for reduced shaft deflection and long bearing life, especially for low flow rate, high head and high density. 10. Upompe Primeflo XP7 Teflon liner pumps are design with internal and external mechanical seal. Type mechanical seal choose from Crane, AES, John crane, ChemZip and Chesterton. 11. Direct coupled and compact-mono block is available 12. Flange standard can be drilled to ANSI B16.5, JIS & BS. 13. Flow rate up to 85 m3/hr. 14. Pressure up to 50m 15. Back Pull Out Design 16.
