Before use, please read these instructions carefully and save them for future reference. When using your Platinum Pressure Cooker. basic precautions should always be followed, including the following: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge concerning the use of this product, unless they are supervised or have been given instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Always ensure that the voltage on the rating label corresponds to the voltage in your home. Check the power cord and plug regularly for any damage. If the cord or the plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified person in order to avoid an electrical hazard. This appliance is intended for household use only. Industrial or commercial use will void the warranty, and the supplier can not be held responsible for injury or damage caused when using the appliance for any other purpose than that intended. Incorrect operation and improper use can damage the appliance and cause injury to the user. Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or damaged in any way. In case of damage, take the unit in for examination and/or repair by an authorized service agent. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse or expose the motor assembly, plug or the power cord to water or any other liquid. Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquid for cleaning purposes. Remove the plug from the socket by gripping the plug. Do not pull on the cord to disconnect the appliance. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter. Ensure that the cord is not in a position where it can be pulled on inadvertently. SAFETY OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS : 1. Switch off the Automatic LED Pressure Cooker and unplug it whenever it is not in use. 2. Test the Automatic LED Pressure Cooker and the cable regularly for the damage. If there is damage of any kind, the Automatic LED Pressure Cooker should not be used. 3. Please unplug the power cord immediately if air escapes from the rim of the lid and then send the automatic LED Pressure Cooker to a qualified repair technician. 4. Repairs to the Automatic LED Pressure Cooker should only be performed by a Qualified Electrician. 5. Do not use the Automatic LED Pressure Cooker with damp or wet hands or in a damp and flammable environments. 6. The height of food and water must be in accordance with Point 3 of To use your Automatic LED Pressure Cooker. 7. Take care not to damage the seal ring when using the Automatic LED Pressure Cooker. 8. Always keep the Anti-Block Cover clean and the Pressure Limit Valve and Float Valve clear. 9. Do not open the lid until the Float fails down. 10. Do not cover the rim, lid and the outer pot with a cloth while cooking. 11. Keep the button of the Inner Pot and the Heating Plate clean. Do not heat the inner pot in any other thermal energy or replace it with any other pot. 12.Use the plastic spatula or the plastic scoop to prevent damage to the coating of the inner pot. 13.Move the Automatic LED Pressure Cooker using the handle on outer body instead of lid handle. 14.Keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference. 15.If possible, please keep the gift box with the inner packaging. 16.Inspect the duct of pressure regulators that allows the escape of steam regularly to ensure they do not get block.(refer to picture d1) 17.The container must not be opened until the pressure has decreased sufficiently.

SAFETY DEVICES IN THE AUTOMATIC LED PRESSURE COOKER a. Open and close lid safety device : This prevents the Pressure Cooker from building excess pressure if the lid is not correctly locked into position. The device prevents you from opening the lid with pressure still inside the cooker. b. Pressure control device : Will turn the power off when the pressure inside exceeds the set level, and automatically turns the power on again when the pressure inside is lower and in a safe pressure range. c. Pressure limit valve : If the pressure cooker device and the thermostat do not activate, the pressure limit value will exhaust air automatically when the pressure inside exceeds the set level. d. Anti-block cover : It prevents food from blocking the pressure limit valve. e. Pressure release Device : If the pressure cooker device fails and the pressure limit valve locks then the pressure release device will force the rim of the lid to release air automatically. f. Thermostat : Will cut off the power if the pressure cooker is switched on without food inside or when the temperature inside exceeds the set level. g. Thermal fuse : A safety fuse that helps to regulate the temperature of the Automatic LED Pressure Cooker keeping it safe from exceeding excessive heat/pressure levels.

You must read all instruction before using. Remove all packaging material and please check carefully to ensure that your Pressure Cooker is in good condition. It must not have any cracks on the unit and no damage to the cord/plug. You must confirm that the voltage indicated on the Pressure Cooker corresponds with the voltage in your home. If you are using the Pressure Cooker for the first time, you should boil a full Pressure Cooker of water twice (water not over the marking of maximum level) and then discard the water. Then, wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Never connect the plug into the power outlet if it is no water in the Pressure Cooker. TO USE YOUR PRESSURE COOKER 1. To remove the Lid, hold the Lid Handle and turn clockwise to the position limit and lift. (Refer to pictures 1 and 2) 2. Remove the inner pot. 3. Place the water and food to be cooked into the inner pot. Note: The total volume of food and water must not exceed 80% of the height of the inner pot or fall below the 20% mark. Expandable foods must not exceed 60%. (Refer to pictures 3, 4 & 5) * The maximum rice capacity of 6L Pressure Cooker is 12 cups.

4. Wipe the inner pot and heating plate to clean any excess food or drippings, and ensure the outer shell and the heating plate are cleaned before placing the inner pot into the outer shell. (Refer to picture 6 & 7) 5. Close and lock the Lid Check the seal ring is well installed inside the lid by turning the Seal Ring in both directions. Align the lid handle with the limit level marking and turn in an anti-clockwise direction until a Crack sound is heard. This sound confirms the lid is now locked. (Refer to pictures 8 & 9) 6. Make sure that the Pressure Limit Valve is at the position. 7. Ensure that the float must be in "down" position before cooking. (Refer to picture 10 & 10a)

8. Connect the mains plug into the mains supply. The cooker light will illuminate. 9. Using the time control, set the cooking time according to the food to be cooked. Please set the cooking time consulting the cooking guidance below. 1. Direct cooking for soup, rice, porridge, tendon, chicken, bean : In the original state, the LED display shows. Press the above function button. to select the desired function. In the meanwhile, the corresponding function light will flash. After 5 seconds, function should start. Once the pressure generate inside the appliance, the float will rise up. In meantime, the lid is double locked so that users can't open the lid under this situation. **Important** Do not open the lid with force. 2. Preset cooking : After selected function, press Preset key within 5 seconds, then, user can preset the finished time. While pressing Preset key the finished time is increase. * Users can reset the function or cancel the timing setup anytime by pressing the Keep warm/cancel button during cooking or operation. Keeping Warm After the cooking cycle, the appliance will pass into the keep warm mode. The corresponding light will be on. In order to get the perfectly cooked rice, leave the rice for about 10 minutes longer. Please do not keep warm longer than 12 hours for the quality of food. In the keep warm mode, it is normal that if there is a little down in the upper ring. Please do not leave the spoon on the rice during the keep warm mode.

Place the Pressure Limit Valve to the position to deflate. (Refer pictures 11 &11a) When cooking liquid, do not lift the Pressure Limit Valve until the float is down. This is to prevent the cooker liquids from jetting through the air escape. A damp cloth can be used on the lid to accelerate cooling. Unplug the power cord. Hold the handle of the lid and turn the lid clockwise to the open position and lift. (refer to picture 1&2) 1. Unplug the power cord. 2. Cleaning the outer body with a soft dampcloth. Do not immerse the body in water or pour water onto the outer body. 3. Clean the inner pot with a sponge or a non-metallic soft brush. 4. Rinse underneath the lid including the sealing ring, pressure limit valve, anti-block cover, air escape and float valve, then dry. Cleaning the sealing ring and sealing ring supporting cover. Hold the handle of the sealing ring supporting axe. Check whether the clearance between the sealing ring and the rim of the lid is even and whether the supporting cover can rotate easily. Be sure not to assemble the sealing ring supporting cover upside down (See picture 12 &13) 12 13

Cleaning the anti-block cover : Pull the anti-block cover, clean with water and then press down on the lid to reinstall (See picture14 & 15) 14 15 Cleaning the float valve : Move the valve spool of the float valve up and down with your hand and rinse the sealing ring of the float valve at the same time. (See picture 16) 16 Cleaning the pressure limit valve : Take the pressure limit valve out, rinse with water and then place back into position. (See picture 17) 5. Remove the dew collector. Clean with water and then reinstall. 6. Clean the upper ring with a damp cloth. (See picture 18) REINSTAIL 17 18
