Some disassembly may be required during installation.. Loosen brass spout nut () slip off metal spout washer ().. Slip spout assembly through sink basin or countertop from bottom.. Align pop up rod assembly hole in rear of spout escutcheon with channel in spout.. But metal spout washer () up to bottom of sink basin or countertop opening to rear to accommodate pop up rod assembly () above brass spout nut ().. Tighten brass spout nut ().. Attach / end of hose () to hose fitting (&) on tee () starting with long fitting first and tighten nut.. Push pop up rod assembly () through spout escutcheon to sit in channel. FIGURE Valve Installation (Refer to Figure,, & ). Identify hot and cold valve. Hot has a red sticker and cold has a blue sticker.. Install hot valve on left side of spout as you are facing the sink.. Remove handle (), escutcheon (), top nut and fiber washer () from valve body ( & ).. Discard top nut and fiber washer.. Loosen bottom valve and nut () and fiber washer () all the way down.. Place valve body ( &) through deck sink basin or countertop from bottom.. Screw on handle escutcheon () on to valve body stem. *Note: Adjustments may need to be made because of differences in thickness of sink, basin, or countertop.. Using Figure adjust height for handle selected using A dimension.. Place handle () on stem testing on/ off position. Tigten handle using handle installation. Handle Installation. Install handle onto stem in desired "off" position.. Confirm handle is not binding with escutcheon. Adjust if necessary.. Handles are fastened with a set screw or top screw. Figure.. If set screw type, screw, tighten then press in decorative cap with o-ring.. If top screw type, screw, tighten then press in decorative cap with o-ring. A FIGURE.. Drain Assembly. Disassemble top flange () and drain stopper () from pop-up drain body ().. Loosen mounting nut () for desired height. *Note: This may vary depending on thickness of sink basin or countertop.*. Apply appropiate silicon/putty under lip of top /" ½ Ø flange ().. From underneath, insert drain body () through sink basin or countertop and attach top flange ().. Guide sink gasket () & plastic washer () up snug to bottom of sink basin or countertop.. Test the length needed for drain stopper () by adjusting height of eyelet so it is visible from side port of ball rod.. Align top flange () & drain body () & tighten nut () securely.. Test alignment using ball rod () without ball rod seats () to ensure it goes through eyelet of drain stopper ()..
