Rehab Overview The home has minor fire damage. The house needs minor roof repair, complete kitchen and bathroom renovations. Electrical and plumbing upgrades were needed as well. Contractor Overview Licensed contractors where used to complete all work. EXTERIOR: General 1. Repair any damaged wood and stucco on the exterior of the house and garage. 2. Paint entire house.
