Complete Filtration Arrays ODIS offers a large variety of Mobile Arrays: The arrays are skid mounted on a steel pallet, and can be transferred from one location to another. The arrays combine high quality filtration, reliability, simple operation and mobility. As a result the price per m 3 /h of filtered water is the lowest. The arrays have a standard inlet and outlet and can be easily and quickly connected to the water source. Gravel / Sand Filters ODIS series 00 gravel or sand filters, are most efficient for the filtration of water heavily contaminated with algae, organic matter and other impurities, such as in open reservoirs and recycled water systems. Series 00 filters use a unique design based on a bottom double-chamber, divided by a steel plate covered by "mushroom" diffusers. These diffusers disperse water evenly, using effectively the whole filter's volume, and avoiding the occurrence of channeling or caking. Series 00 filters are particularly suitable for backflushing. Hydrocyclone Sand Separators Series 00 Series 5000 Registered Patent ODIS hydrocyclones series 5000, are extremely efficient separators of sand and solid particles from water or liquids, maintaining a small head loss. Series 5000 hydrocyclones use a tangential injection flow process, enhancing the centrifugal forces and moving solid particles outwards. The dispersed particles, move downwards in a spiral path into an underflow chamber, while purified liquid moves upwards to the center of the spiral, towards a top mounted outlet. Automatic Self Cleaning Filters Series 3000 ODIS series 3000 circulating filters are of self-cleaning, and prevent the formation of impurities by water circulation. These filters are applicable to water containing sand and organic residues, and intended for use under the most strenuous conditions. Series 3000 filters feature one stainless-steel screen. An automatic circulating process, prevents the formation of residues over the screen, while maintaining a constant flow of filtered water with no increase of head loss. The residues are collected into a collection cell, ready for drainage, without any interference to the irrigation process. Series 00 Registered Patent ODIS series 00 are self cleaning automatic screen filters. These filters are designed for trouble free operation, and are applicable to water containing sand and organic matter. The filters are intended for use under the most strenuous conditions. Series 00 filters continuously flush the screen during operation, as a result there is no increase in head loss. This is accomplished with a specially designed acceleration plate with four directional holes. The filter uses effectively the whole screen area due to the unique design of a spiral groove under the screen. The residue collecting chamber is an integral part of the filter screen. It has a conical form which prevents back flow of the residues. Preliminary Suction Strainers Series 181 SELF- CLEANING SUCTION STRAINER The self cleaning suction strainer is designed to protect the pump from clogging by debris, trash and solid dirt. It is connected to the pump inlet and submerged in the water source (river, lake, reservoir etc.). When using non self priming pump, it is recommended to use ODIS foot valve series 189 to ensure that the pump supply line will always remain full with water. The foot valves are supplied in the same sizes as series 181. All the pumped water flows through the strainer, and the debris are stopped on the heavy duty stainless steel screen, protecting the pump from clogging or getting damaged by the debris. As a result, the pump efficiency is increased and the maintenance costs are reduced. The screen is kept clean during pump operation by continuously rotating jets (Water Jet System) using pump pressure through the Water Jet System supply line, the water pressure blows away the debris from the screen. The strainer is supplied with the Water Jet System supply line, including: a screen water filter for jet protection, manometer mounted on a three way valve for filter head loss check and a manual valve for filter maintenance. Series 184 PRE-FILTRATION STRAINER ODIS Pre-filtration strainer is designed to protect pumps, valves, finer filters etc., by preventing passage of coarse solids, if they penetrate the water system.
