THE INDUSTRIAL The Industrial features an angled roof, which starts low above the bedroom and builds to 14 feet in the living room. Trapezoidal windows grow similarly from back to front, offering natural light while maintaining privacy. The front of the cabin is almost entirely glass. A large sliding glass door opens to a private deck. THE RUSTIC This luxury cabin on wheels, is a perfect tiny house for a woodlike setting. If the log cabin aesthetic is your thing this may be a great way to get a log home of your own, with the accessibility of being able to move your tiny house to any location. 5
THE INDUSTRIAL The Industrial has a more complex yet sleek looking roofline that enables a loft. The loft is five feet tall and can accommodate two twin size beds or a double. Some buyers have chosen to make the loft their bedroom and convert the downstairs bedroom into an office, dining space, or spare room. There are multiple windows in the loft giving an open air feel with an abundance of light. The front of the cabin is almost entirely glass with a large sliding glass door opening to the private deck. Each cabin features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen/ living room and a private deck. 1. DESIGN 2. BUILD A WheelLife Home is a predesigned, prefabricated dwelling that can be customized or upgraded during the design phase. We prefer to meet you or collaborate via skype to design your dream dwelling to perfection. When a purchase order is generated, fabrication commences from the WheelLife manufacturing facility in Northern Kentucky. Each unit is constructed and ready to ship in turn-key condition within 2-4 months, depending on workload. Two esquisite floorplans 10

DELIVER The WheelLife Home is shipped by truck and trailer from Northern Kentucky to anywhere in the USA or Canada (ship time average is one week) Both WheelLife model can be moved at anytime to a new location. Once the WheelLife Home arrives at its final destination, our crew can transfers it onto a preprepared foundation, levels it and connects it to utility outlets, a process that takes between 2-7 days. Exterior - siding & trim Our choice siding is cedar because of its gorgeous finish and exceptional stamina, the perfect combination for a Tiny Home. Cedar is light weight, resistant to bugs and fares well in all climates. For extra protection and to increase longevity, we offer an option for a clear sealer. At WheelLife, all of our windows are dual-pane, dual-glazed and tempered glass for efficiency and safety. Window Cranks: standard. Like a carefully assembled piece of art, we work hard to make sure each of our Tiny Homes are warm and inviting, functional and spacious, while intentionally dawing the occupant s eye to unexpected and delightful details. Pine or Cedar Tongue and Groove Interior Boards and Trim (included). We use knotty pine T&G 5/16 boards to adorn the interior of our Tiny Homes. This panelling accompanied by exposed structural timber is not only gorgeous, but efficient and lightweight and it will also elongate and elevate your space with large open spaces and faint parallel lines that seem to fade into the distance. 18
