Screw pug immersion heaters consist of tubuar eements in a threaded hex pug. They screw directy through threaded openings in tank was to heat iquids, viscous fuids, forced air and gases by direct contact. Fameproof (Exposion proof) industria screwed immersion heaters for zones 1&2 Hazardous areas, gas groups IIA, IIB, & IIC temperature cass T1-T6. The eectric heating eements are constructed with high quaity 80/20 nicke chrome resistance wire, centred in a meta tube and insuated with compacted magnesium oxide. The eement tube materia generay used incudes: carbon stee, stainess stees 304, 316, 321 Incooy 800 & 825, Incone 600, 625, Titanium, Copper, Mone, and other avaiabe materias. The eements are either weded or brazed to a threaded boss, which is avaiabe in a variety of materias to suit the eement sheath and the appication. The screwed boss can be BSP, NPT, or ISO thread forms. Specia thread forms and materias are avaiabe on request. For operating temperature ower than 70 C appications the termina box is attached directy to the screwed boss. Above this temperature the termina box is stood off varying distances depending on the operating temperature. 5 The heaters are compete with thermostat and manua reset safety cut out.

CONTROL PANELS The panes are designed and constructed to guarantee maximum reiabiity and safety in accordance with a current standards. The power contros can be On-Off type or with SCR singe phase or three phases with two to three ines with zero-crossing or phase ange commutation contro.
