New homes or existing homes keep more square feet for yourself. Symmetry machine roomless (MRL) elevator systems require less space so you don t need more square footage to get more out of a home design. Cab sizes range from less than 12 square feet, up to 18 square feet*, with an interior height of 7 feet**, which is big enough to haul a piece of furniture or a few friends and doesn t require high ceiling installation. Convenient, automatic lighting is installed in the 950-lb capacity, durable and dependable cab. The elevators have simple push-button operation and six stop options. A reliable alarm and emergency switch will let others know if help is needed. The system has a battery backup, allowing the lights and alarm to remain on in the event of a power outage. Uninterrupted power will lower the car and open the gate even in a blackout.
