Dear Customer : We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for purchasing this mini single tub washing machine. This item utilizes modern industrial design principles for customers satisfaction. Please take some time to read the Instruction Manual before attempting to use your new single tub washing machine. INSTALLATION 1. Place the unit on a leveled floor and in a well-ventilated place. 2. Do not install on a weak or rough flooring. 3. Make sure to connect the green earth wire located at the back of the unit to any grounded object. Do not connect the grounding wire on a water pipe or gas pipe. 4. Lay down the drain hose. 5. Use the water inlet hose provided to connect to a faucet/tap (water supply) into the washtub water supply inlet. 6. Adjust the level of water according to the clothes type and quantity. 7. Set the wash timer to desired setting will tum on the washing machine. WASHING PROCEDURE Washing : 1. Set the wash selector to Gentle or Normal. Please see Table 1 for wash mode. 2. Insert water hose to Inlet or prepare a pall of water (If no water Is available from faucet) to fill washtub halfway. 3. Put the detergent depending on the water volume and detergent package indication. 4. Set the Wash Timer knob to 1 minute to dissolve the detergent. 5. Put clothes one by one in the washtub and push it towards the bottom. Continue adding water up to desired level. 6. Set the Wash Timer to appropriate setting. Refer to Table 1. Rinsing : Rinse clothes by following the washing procedure. But this time, do not put a detergent. Washing Suggestions : 1. When washing heavily soiled cotton or linen clothes, wash them first in a clean water for 2-3 minutes then drain the dirty water. Proceed with the usual washing procedure. This process will improve the washing effect and reduce detergent consumption. 2. Add small amount of detergent on cuffs, collars and other seriously soiled places and rub them by hand or with a laundry brush.
MAINTENANCE AFTER USE 1. Pull out the power cord and hang it on the hook on the side of the washing machine. 2. Thoroughly drain out the water from the wash tub. 3. Turn the Wash Selector to Normal position. 4. Clean the washing machine and hang the drain hose to the hook on the side of the machine. 3. Use low foaming/high--density laundry powder or liquid detergent for more effective washing. 4. Use of warm (not hot or boiling) may improve washing effect. 5. Remove the water supply inlet hose and remove the water from it and place hose nside the wash tub. 6. Let the machine air dry in a ventilated place before putting back the Lid Cover. 7. When the washing machine has been used for some time, some fabric naps may accumulate underneath the pulsator. If this piles-up, it may affect the normal running of the roll-stick. To check and clean this, take out the pulsator by unscrewing it carefully. Clean the pulsator by subjecting it by running water and brushing it lightly. Do not use steel brush. Clean the base of the wash tub also for any fabric naps. Return the pulsator to its proper position. It is suggested that you clean it once a month. Do not attempt to open the wire connect box by yourself. Call for a service technician to fix it. 2. If there is abnormal noise and vibration, please stop the machine immediately. Call for service technician to fix it. 3. Always turn the Wash Timer gently to its proper direction (clockwise). 4. Do not pour boiling water or water 60 C and above. This will deform polyester and other plastic parts. 5. Keep the washing area from any obstructions, especially during washing operation. 6. Do not go beyond washing rated capacity. 7. Do not put any heavy objects on the washing machine. 8. Do not use/put any strong acid, alkaline and other organic compounds.
