Fibre Plant Upgrade: - This plant was upgraded to control a 1.5MW Arc Furnace. Here we upgraded the: - Electronics on the thyristor panel New control desk with Scada& PLC Electrode panel controlling the electrodes with servo drives and motors. Dryer Oven Panel Fan Softstarter Panel Dryer Oven Panel: - This panel consists mainly with 3 x 300A thyristor drives for heating 3 separate zones in the Fibre Drying Oven. As the power supply is not reliable in Nigeria they need to have Generator backup supply.
