The Paragon Academy delivers 40hour basic security training that exceeds the Ministry standard through instructorled programs in each of three locations on a weekly basis. All Training is provided by Paragon s Team of experienced industry specialists who are certified Denotes resource shared with Head Office through recognized entities in all disciplines. All programs are researched and documented in lesson plans as well as based on industry best practices. The Paragon Academy has eight stateoftheart training facilities we utilize for interactive, adult education programs that will accommodate groups of up to 40 people comfortably. Paragon has established centers of training excellence with professional, state of the art facilities in: Toronto Mississauga Hamilton Oshawa.

Retail Paragon has the largest portfolio of retail facility security guard contracts in Southern Ontario. Education We our proud to provide service to some of the Ontario s largest educational institutions. health care Health care is serious business and requires guards with Specialized Training from Paragon Academy. Individuals with hospital placements receive more predployment training than any Paragon Guard. Hospitality Paragon provides a scalable security workforce to some of Ontario s most well known attractions. Our large resource of personnel and innovative scheduling approach allows us to deliver for any staffing requirement. industrial This is an emerging market and Paragon is successfully building our client portfolio. Our designated service teams and predeployment training are tailored to fit this markets unique requirements. Residential Our residential division opened in 008 and today we service over 0% of major residential properties in the GTA. Warehouse/logistics Paragon opened the Mississauga office to better service our warehousing and logistics market. This growing client base has recently expanded to service Milton and Halton Hills.
