Warner Textile Archive Silks Way, Braintree Essex, CM7 3GB www.warnertextilearchive.co.uk PRESS RELEASE 10 th February 2016, for immediate release: Warner Textile Archive Interior Fabric Collection created in collaboration with Claremont Furnishing Launching on 24th February 2016 at Claremont Furnishing, London Launches to follow in New York & Los Angeles Warner Textile Archive Trading Limited, the Archive s commercial arm, is celebrating the launch of their first textile range at the London showroom of Claremont Furnishing Fabrics on 23rd February 2016. This will be followed by launches in Claremont s American showrooms: New York in March, and Los Angeles in April. Working closely in collaboration with the director of Claremont, Adam Sykes, the Archive has carefully selected twelve designs that reflect the diversity and quality of their collection. This has provided the Warner Textile Archive with an exciting opportunity to return to its roots in high end textile production, whilst responding to the requirements of Claremont s prestigious interior design clients. To ensure the finest quality of production, all designs were printed by the established French mill, Tissus d Avesnieres, a holder of the French Enterprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company). The range demanded a variety of techniques, each of which required the specific traditional dyeing, printing and glazing skills that are maintained by this historic company. Chris Siddall, Director of Warner Textile Archive Trading Limited, was delighted with the first textile collection to be launched by the Company from original designs that reflect the heritage of the Archive recreated to the highest standards. We look forward to building a long partnership with Claremont and Tissus d Avesnieres to bring the Archive s designs back to life. The collection is available exclusively to the interior design trade at Claremont Furnishing. Proceeds from sales contribute to the continued conservation of this historic collection.
