ARI RAPID DHW GENERATOR The ARI Rapid is an AISI 316 stainless steel buffer vessel with an externally mounted stainless steel plate heat exchanger to provide rapid generation of DHW in a variety of commercial applications that require large amounts of DHW with quick recovery times. The PHE is connected to a heat source such as a boiler to provide the heat energy to the PHE. The Rapid is supplied with various sized buffer vessels and PHE s to suit the required application which also includes a suitably sized charging pump and a control panel. The ARI Rapid is supplied complete with a removable rigid polyurethane insulation jacket with a grey external finish. VERTINOX BIM S1 + Plate Heat Exchanger Kit The BIM S1 is a stainless steel AISI 316 indirect vessel with a single heating coil for use in the generation of DHW. It is suitable for use as a pre heat vessel with both Solar Thermal and Heat Pumps. The BIM S1 can also be supplied with a stainless steel plate heat exchanger for the rapid production of DHW using a primary heat source system (e.g. Boiler). The PHE is supplied as a kit with sizes suited to the vessel storage capacity. The BIM S1 is supplied complete with a removable rigid polyurethane insulation jacket with a grey external finish. GREENSPRING CWi47 CONDENSING WATER HEATER STORAGE OPTION CHWS have worked in conjunction with the Worcester Bosch Commercial and Industrial Technical Team to provide a storage solution option for use with the Bosch Greenspring CWi47 condensing water heater(s) The buffer storage vessel is a stainless steel un-vented unit and is available in 300, 500 and 800 litre capacities. It has been specially designed to configure with the Greenspring CWi47 to ensure a highly efficient and flexible commercial hot water solution is available at a competitive price. CHWS will supply the buffer storage cylinder, un-vented kit including the expansion vessel as well as a correctly sized primary pump and required ancillary components in a kit form. Our system design service is limited to the selection and specification of the hot water generation system. We do not design distribution pipework systems downstream of the hot water generators or involve ourselves in specification of sanitary ware. We can also offer a service on systems that require the use of renewable or high efficient technologies such as solar thermal, CHP and Heat Pumps. CONSULTANCY CHWS also offer a consultancy service for the design of hot water systems using gas fired continuous flow water heaters.
