Extraction Canopies Extraction Canopies Extraction canopies are used to extract cooking fumes or steam and to filter any grease, therefore improving the working environment within the kitchen. Canopies are manufactured from 1mm thick grade 304, satin polished, stainless steel with removable, washable, stainless baffle grease filters and a stainless steel drip tray. Standard construction is by welding. The Compensation Air extraction canopy also allows the input and distribution of fresh external air, which compensates for the considerable loss heated air, normally extracted by a standard extraction canopy and also cools the hot cooking fumes and grease filters. This cost effective alternative, reduces heating costs and improves the overall performance of the canopy. All canopies are manufactured to order, therefore alternative sizes and specifications are available on request. DW172 complaint, an installation service is available with expert advice from our technical staff. They are driven by the provision of an air thermal effect with the corresponding extraction rate flow and a natural function of balance and equilibrium.
