Reverse Jet Bag Filter Reverse jet filters extracting dust from electrical brush manufacturing process The Carter range of barrier filters offers complete filtration solutions with various fabric and coating options to suit every application and duty. Carter dust filters also provide alternative cleaning mechanisms for continuous or offline operation without the need to shut down the process, together with various dust removal options. The filters are of modular construction to provide a wide arrangement of filter footprints to suit limited space constraints. The standard range includes Bag, Cartridge and Pleated Filter Bag media design. Carter Dry Filters Features A wide range of filter fabrics and coatings are available to suit different dust types and process temperatures. Cleaning Mechanism Options: Reverse pulse jet cartridge or bag filters for continuous operation. Offline cleaning option to assist settling of extremely fine dusts. Screw conveyors and rotary valve options for continuous on line dust removal. Polytex mechanical shaker option where process is intermittent. The CF Cartridge range uses pleated filter media to maximise fabric area and reduce floor plan, with sizes ranging from 20m² to 400m². Oil Mist Collectors Oil, Water and Liquid Mist Collection The Carter Oil Mist Collector range covers air volumes from 0.22m³/s - 16.7 m³/s. Carter Oil Mist Collectors provide highly effective mist removal, returning air to the workshop with emission levels of less than 0.3mg/m³, whereas HSE guide levels EH40/2 gives an 8hr TWA exposure limit for oil mist of 5mg/m³.
