MACHINE FEATURES SMART series of edge bander were designed to be compact, versatile and user-friendly. They have a rigid steel frame and a top pressure beam with a double row of wheels and top work-unit lifting. The movement is read with a digital position indicator. A conveyor belt with a flat, round profile is aligned with the top bar. In order to ensure maximum precision, the belt is moved by a sturdy 1 1/2" (38.1 mm) chain driven by a 0.75 kw right angle gearmotor. The feeding speed is 12,5 m/s. The control panel is located in an easy-to-access, practical position. This panel contains the controls to start-up the machine and the PLC for machine management and optimisation. The PLC has a display, which visualized: feeding speed, glue pot temperature, and the programme-type selected by the operator. The spacing required between each panel is managed by the PLC by means of an LIGHT. The panel is mensured with fibre optic barcode in order to obtain the precise operations of each working group. The glue pot located under the band feed table is lined with Teflon in order to make replacing and cleaning the glue easier. The glue pot has 6 resistors which provide 3.6 kw of heating power. The glue pot is moved horizontally at a 45 angle by a 25 mm prismatic guide. Rolls of edgings up to a maximum thickness of 3 mm, with an Ø800 mm swivel roll holder can be loaded automatically through the pneumatic positioning of the edging return. The loading of edge strips, maximum thickness of 8 mm, is a standard with individually strips loading or the leaing of edge strips (max 8mm) can be automatically performed by adding the optional no.5 (spike pin roller).all the motors are 12000 RPM inverter controlled.the machine has separate cabins for the glue pot and the working units are viewable through windows. 03 LOADER For the rolled, veneered, melamine, PVC and ABS edges up to 3 mm, the feeding is automatic and is carried out by pneumatic positioning of the edge return. 05 AUTOMATIC LOADER (pin roller) for pre-cut edges, strips, formica. They are driven by a pin roller for automatic loading complete with shear to cuvc and ABS up to 3 mm and role carrier plate Ø 800. 04 GLUE POT EUR 650.00 A teflon-line glue pot for applying granulated hot melt adhesive is locatedunder band feed table. The glue roller is syncronized with the panel speed to ensure even and perfect glue spread. The teflon-lining make replacing and cleaning the of glue easier. The temperature is controlled by the PLC. 06 PRESSURE ROLLER is composed by 1 motorized roller and by 2 contrast conic rollers, which are pushed by 3 pneumatic cylinders. Between the pressure unit is assembled a pneumatic shear for cutting thin tape and PVC up to 3 mm thickness. 07 SHEAR TO CUT PVC AND ABS UP TO 3 MM SHEAR TO CUT PVC AND ABS UP TO 3 mm 08 END TRIMMING UNIT has 2 independent 12000 RPM motors 0,50 Kw (Hp 0,70) with Ø100x20x3,2-Z24 circular blades, moving on linear guides with four contact points 25 mm thickness and the 2 motors can be tilted manually from 0-15. The 45 up-down movement of end trim motors is controlled by two pneumatic cylinder. Selector switch with pneumatic on/off for end trimming unit 09 TRIMMING UNIT Radius: UTENSILI R=2+PIANO 8 THE TRIMMING UNIT is a multifunction type and it is complete with 2 motors of kw 0,73 (hp 1,00) each motor. The tilting of the motors is manually permormed 0-15. Each motor support slides on a prismatic guide of hardened and rectified steel with linear guides of 15mm thickness and four contact points. The setting device for different types of edges has a "rapid setting" and the edge can be changed with a unic semplicity. The trimming unit motors are complete with the "multi-purpouse" toolings. 21 SYNCRO ROUNDING UNIT (patent) Radius: Tools R=2 This device is used to round off the edges of the panels, and its strong points are the compact size, excellent finish to the radius, adaptability to different panel profiles without any special adjustments or settings required, and it also works on all 4 corners of the panel during the panel advance stage. The machine can operate with the rounding unit engaged or disengaged without reducing the production capacity of the beading machine. It has a 0.22 kw motor 12,000 rpm, complete with 40Ø facing cutter, or with a R3 50Ø radius, 2 suitably powered motors drive all movements and rotation, which are electronically controlled and synchronised (CNC). Maximum working panel height from 10 mm to 60 mm. 10 SCRAPING UNIT Radius: UTENSILI R=2+PIANO 8 This unit perfectly scrape and clean the edge of 2 to 3 mm tickness PVC/ABS, obtaining a smooth surface free of waves or knife marks. They heavy duty steel frame, the sensitive rotary copying devices, toghether with 8 prismatic guides with 4 contact points, make the unit rigid and sturdy. The unit is connected to the main shaving hood and it is complete with 2 air blowers and a shaving box for collection of the ABS/PVC shaving strips. 20/10 PNEUMATIC LOCK out selection switch on the control panel for the units scraping. The guarantee is to be understood for a daily use of 8 hours. Tampering and improper use of the machine is not included in guarantee. The parts we consider covered by guarantee are supplied free of charge whereas the transportation costs of the material are to be charged to the receiver. In the event that an intervention by the Fravol personnel is necessary, the purchaser has to pay their travelling expenses, board and lodging for the entire duration of the intervention. Any compensation is excluded for any damages deriving from unsuccessful production in consequence on defects of the machine (or other damages inherent to persons or things).
