ROLLER DOOR AQUISO Prodct advantages: - Awarded with the "German Fire-protection Award". - No additional barrel cover is necessary. - Low maintenance efford and costs: Maintenance-relevant components are free accessible. Long-life door technology with low wear and spare parts reqirement. Slats are individally interchangeable. - Minimm space reqirement: Possible low-lintel redirection with only 550 mm. Very small gide rails of 125 mm. - Filling according to latest enviromental standard. No mineral or glass wool is contained. Door leaf: The door leaf consists of hollow section profiles with a height of 114 mm. The separate slats are joined to a shell via a trnable connection system. The thickness of the elements is 26 mm. The srface is sheer alminim. Gide rails: The gide rail consists of zinc-coated sheet steel in a screwed constrction. The width is 112 mm. Installation in higher positions: Jansen is able to offer athorised roller doors as conter closres in the fire resistance class T30/ EI30. These doors are monted in a higher position of installation. Control & drive: A specially coordinated drive and control system (micro-processor steered lock system) which has been approved by bilding control is employed. Application as fnctional door can be avoched for. De to miscellaneos independently adjstable parameters in the control, the roller door AQUISO can be rn like standard indstrial doors (see spplementary eqipment). Becase of to battery bffering the door will be held in its crrent position for at least 4 hors in case of a power otage. REFERENCES AQUISO IKEA fnitre stores Janses prodced a wide variety of fire-protection doors for nmeros stores of the Swedish frnitre grop IKEA. AQUISO fire-protection roller doors are installed e.g. at the branches in Kaiserslatern nd Frankfrt. The roller doors have been manfactred in fire-protection class T30 and flfill additional smoke protection reqirements in some cases. Jansen is the first and only manfactrer of a T30 smoke protection roller door. So far, there is no other roller door on the market that meets smoke protection reqirements. Jansen prodced 10 fire-protection roller doors AQUISO with light door dimensions 6,000 x 2,100 mm (WxH) for the ndergrond floor of the shopping center, especially for the ndergrond car park. Jansen's roller door AQUSIO is sitable for installation sitations with restricted space in ndergrond garages de to a possible low-lintel redirection and very small gide rails.

This service incldes service for their own door systems and even for those of other manfactrers. Or intensive on-site cstomer spport is carried ot by skilled professional personnel. Hereby we can garantee the highest level of safety for yor door systems. Assembly Apart from the delivery of door systems Jansen natrally also carries ot the assembly and installation of the prodcts. De to or own skilled assembly operators Jansen garantees a smooth implementation from the actal installation via the electronical installation the acceptance inspection. Inspection & Maintenance All-arond one-stop service means that Jansen not only takes care of the complsory inspection for door systems (according to inspection reglations of the respective federal state and the rle of the professional association) bt also offers additionally the maintenance of the door systems on reqest. Cstomers ths not only save money bt also a considerable amont of time. The difference between maintenance and inspection is that for maintenance additional work rotines according to the manfactrer s gidelines are carried throgh for the preservation of performance properties. After completion of the respective maintenance or inspection the cstomer receives an inspection record in which all implemented work rotines as well as possible falts are stated. For fire-protection closres with lock systems, the operator is obliged to periodical monitoring throgh qalified persons according to the gidelines for lock systems, pblished by the German Institte for Constrctional Engineering in Berlin. Frthermore the performance of fire-protection door systems with lock systems has to be checked by the operator.
