Exterior Ventilation Intake Door Handle Touch-Screen Display Environmental Requirements: Input / Output Dock Electronic Lock (Protect Plus) Mechanical Lock Upgrade (Protect) Front Remote Alarm Contacts (Protect Plus Only) Ventilation Exhaust Cord Management Power Cord Receptacle Pass-through Port Condensation Tray This refrigerator is intended for indoor use only and is not to be used or stored outside. Violation of this storage requirement will void the terms of your warranty. This unit is designed to operate between 10 and 32 C. Higher temperatures may reduce the refrigerator s ability to reach or hold the set point temperature. In climates where high humidity is present, light condensation may occur within the refrigerator. This is considered normal and can be wiped away with an absorbent cloth. Back Getting Started Installation: 1. Plug in the power cord into the power cord receptacle 2. Unscrew the cord management system next to the power receptacle. Place the power cord into the cord management system and secure the system by tightening the screw 3. Check the leveling and make any necessary adjustments. Confirm that the door closes by itself when opened 30 degrees 4. Gently push the unit into position. Make sure not to pin or pinch the power cord 5. We recommend a maximum load of 20 lbs per sliding basket and installation of an anti-tip bracket. Exceeding the weight recommendation can cause injury to personnel or damage to the refrigerator and stored products. 6. Plug the power cord into the power outlet. Note: Do not use an extension cord 7. Open the Evolve pod door next to the touchscreen and remove the tab to engage the battery. With an active battery this will enable the power alarm which will beep whenever the unit is disconnected from power. Glycol Verification: The glycol bottle is pre-installed on Evolve refrigerators. Please verify: 1. The cord for the sample bottle is firmly plugged into the interior wall 2. The sample bottle is securely mounted 3. The level of glycol in the bottle is full In the event that the bottle has broken during shipping, contact our service department for a replacement bottle. Note: A glycol reading of <-57C on the display indicates an improperly installed glycol bottle. Follow the three steps above before contacting customer service. Wi-Fi Setup (WEP/WPA): See seperate Wi-Fi Installation Guide: evolverefrigeration.com/compliance SilverPoint Accessory Setup: New User Registration 1. Go to portal.phononic.com/evolve and click on the Register button 2. After submitting registration information, a verification email will be sent to the user 3. Exceeding the weight recommendation can cause injury to personnel or damage to the refrigerator and stored products. Make sure that when loading products to load the bottom shelf first, the middle shelf second and then finish by loading the top shelf. After you power on your refrigerator, monitor the temperature display on the control panel and do not load until the default set point of 4 C (39 F) is reached. There are three temperature monitors inside the refrigerator, the glycol sensor and two air sensors. When you load the refrigerator, always remember to provide at least one inch clearance around the air and glycol sensors and make sure the glycol sensor remains properly connected. When loading products previously stored at room temperature, monitor the temperature display to prevent a compromise. We suggest you load room temperature samples in small increments to help maintain a stable temperature. For the most up-to-date safety, regulatory and product information, please visit the product specific section at evolverefrigeration.com/compliance Note: The screen will not operate unless a functioning battery is installed.
