This prevents a burglar frm breaking the glass and reaching thrugh t turn the lck and pen the dr. All windws and glass pati drs shuld als have lcks n them. Burglar Bars Safety bars---r, as they are cmmnly called, burglar bars---prevent the thief frm breaking glass in windws and drs t enter yur hme.
