THE WALL-MOUNT TM QUIET CLIMATE HEAT PUMPS Modes: T2H to TH Up to.2 EER Heating Capacities: 22,2 to 5, BTUH Cooing Capacities: 22, to 57,5 BTUH Green Refrigerant R-A The Bard Wa-Mount Heat Pump is a sef-contained energy efficient heating and cooing system, which is designed to offer maximum indoor comfort at a minima cost without using vauabe indoor foor space or outside ground space. This unit is the idea product for versatie appications such as: new construction, moduar offices, schoo modernization, teecommunication structures, portabe structures or correctiona faciities. Factory or fied instaed accessories are avaiabe to meet specific job requirements. Engineered Features Copper Tube / Auminum Fin Cois: Grooved copper tubing and enhanced auminum fins provide maximum heat transfer and high energy efficiency. Optiona phenoic-coated cois are aso avaiabe. Twin Bowers: Move air quiety. A modes feature variabe speed bower motors providing airfow adjustment for high and ow static operation. Motor overoad protection is standard on a modes. ECM Indoor Bower Motor: Features a variabe speed motor providing super-high efficiency, ow sound eves and soft-start capabiities. The motor is sefadjusting to provide the proper airfow rate for the staged capacity, and for higher static pressure in ducted instaations without user adjustment or wiring changes. Heat Pump Compressor: Scro Compressors are standard on a 2 to 5 ton modes. Eiminates need for crankcase heater. Doube isoated foating compressor mounting system and compressor sound banket for reduced outdoor sound eve. Phase Rotation Monitor: Standard on a phase scro compressors. Protects against reverse rotation if power suppy is not propery connected. R-A Refrigerant: Designed with R-A (HFC) non-ozone depeting refrigerant in compiance with the Montrea protoco and 2 EPA requirements. Liquid Line Fiter Drier: Standard on a units. Protects system against moisture. Gavanized 2 Gauge Zinc Coated Stee Cabinet: Ceaned, rinsed, seaed and dried before the poyurethane primer is appied. Ventiation System Packages Bard Wa-Mounts are designed to provide optiona ventiation packages to meet a of your ventiation and indoor air quaity requirements. A units are equipped with a barometric fresh air damper as the standard ventiation package. A ventiation packages can be buit-in at the factory, or fied-instaed at a ater date. BAROMETRIC FRESH AIR DAMPER - BFAD STANDARD The barometric fresh air damper is a standard feature on a modes. It is instaed on the inside of the service door and aows outside ventiation air, up to % of the tota airfow rating of the unit, to be introduced through the air inet openings and to be mixed with the conditioned air. The damper opens during bower operation and coses when the bower is off. Adjustabe bade stops aow different amounts of outside air to be introduced into the buiding and can be easiy ocked cosed if required. Barometric Fresh Air Damper BLANK OFF PLATE - BOP OPTIONAL A bank off pate is instaed on the inside of the service door. It covers the air inet openings which restricts any outside air from entering into the unit. The bank off pate shoud be utiized in appications where outside air is not required to be mixed with the conditioned air. MOTORIZED FRESH AIR DAMPER - MFAD OPTIONAL The motorized fresh air damper is internay mounted behind the service door and aows outside ventiation air, up to % of the tota airfow rating of the unit, to be introduced through the air inet openings and to be mixed with the conditioned air. The two position damper can be fuy open or cosed. The damper bade is powered open by a 2VAC motor with spring return on power oss. The damper can be controed by indoor bower operation or can be fied connected to be managed based on buiding occupancy. Motorized Fresh Air Damper Commercia Room Ventiator NOTE: The above vent systems are intake ony without buit-in exhaust capabiity. Buiding wi ikey require separate fied instaed barometric reief or mechanica exhaust esewhere within the conditioned space. Baancing dampers in the return air grie may be required to achieve specified amount of outdoor air intake. COMMERCIAL ROOM VENTILATOR - CRV OPTIONAL The buit-in commercia room ventiator is internay mounted behind the service door and aows outside ventiation air, up to 5% of the tota airfow rating of the unit, to be introduced through the air inet openings. It incudes a buit-in exhaust air damper. The commercia room ventiator (CRV) is a simpe and innovative approach to improving the indoor air quaity by providing fresh air intake and exhaust capabiity through the CRV. The damper can be easiy adjusted to contro the amount of fresh air suppied into the buiding. The CRV can be controed by indoor bower operation or fied controed based on room occupancy. The CRV is power open - spring return on power oss. Compies with ANSI/ ASHRAE Standard 2. Ventiation for Acceptabe Indoor Air Quaity. Three Modes Avaiabe:. CRVS - spring return on power oss or deactivation 2. CRVP - power return (wi not cose on power oss). CHCRV - moduating actuator with spring return on power oss or deactivation ECONOMIZER - ECONWM-Series OPTIONAL The buit-in economizer system is internay mounted behind the service door and aows outdoor air to be introduced through the air inet openings. The amount of outdoor air varies in response to the system contros and settings defined by the end user. It incudes a buit-in exhaust air damper. The economizer is designed to provide free cooing when outside air conditions are coo and dry enough to satisfy cooing requirements without running the compressor. This in turn provides ower operating costs, whie extending the ife of the compressor. ECONWMT Equipment Buiding versions have extended " air intake hood to deiver up to % of cooing rated airfow. ECONWMS Standard versions have " air intake hood to deiver up to % of cooing rated airfow. The ERV aows from 2 to CFM (depending upon mode) of fresh air and exhaust through the unit whie maintaining superior indoor comfort and humidity eves. In most cases this can be accompished without increasing equipment sizing or operating costs. Heat transfer efficiency is up to 7% during summer and % during winter conditions. Energy Recovery Ventiator The ERV consists of a unique rotary energy recovery cassette that provides effective sensibe and atent heat transfer capabiities during summer and winter conditions. Various contro schemes are addressed incuding imiting ventiation during buiding occupancy ony. The ERV is designed to be internay mounted behind the service door in the WA, WH or WL mode wa-mount units. It can be buit-in at the factory or fied instaed as an option.
