The capacity of the GW for frozen meat blocks with a maimum size of 0 500 150 mm is up to 8.000 kg/h depending on hole plate used. The capacity of the GX 400 for frozen meat blocks with a maimum size of 0 500 200 mm is up to 12.000 kg/h depending on hole plate used. Through the constant grinding of entire deepfrozen meat blocks, a very efficient further processing with miers and grinders is possible. Seydelmann Gefrierfleischwölfe mit und 400 mm Lochscheibendurchmesser Fleible drives Onespeed drive Twospeed drive The GW as well as the GX 400 have an option of being fitted with one or twospeed drives and can also be supplied with a stepless preprogrammed, frequency controlled drive. Frozen Meat Grinders with a onespeed drive are ideal for mincing frozen meat blocks. Therefore a clean cut and a very high throughput can be achieved. Frozen Meat Grinders equipped with a twospeed drive further guarantee a clean cut in addition to a constant throughput of fresh meat. The twospeeds drive is combined with the use of a special fresh meat worm. Seydelmann Frozen Meat Grinders Highest quality and permanent innovation Sispeed, stepless preprogrammed ACdrive The ACdrive allows the stepless preprogramming by the digital display Micro 114. For the different raw materials such as frozen meat blocks, fresh meat or even very soft materials like liver, the perfect speed can be programmed. The best possible profile for highest demands with a very effective throughput capacity per hour is therefore achieved. The multipurpose high efficiency machine guarantees a gentle cutting for sensitive raw materials. In contrast to normal threephase current drives no startup or changeover peaks occur in the ACFrozen Meat Grinder. Size reduction The first stage of the size reduction process takes place in the worm of the Frozen Meat Grinder. With its etended profile the worm cuts off approimately 8 cm of the frozen meat block with every rotation, and carries the meat to the cutting set for grinding. Solid construction The body of the machine is made of thickwalled stainless steel and guarantees a long machine life. The stainless construction is very easy to clean. All edges are rounded. Quality and hygiene The worm, worm housing and bayonet locking on the Seydelmann grinders are made of solid stainless steel. Any mechanical wear of the inner surface of the stainless steel worm housing is almost completely avoided due to a special material used. The machines correspond to the meat hygiene regulations. Antiblocking system The antiblocking system with power switch avoids possible mechanical damages due to an overload of the working worm through foreign bodies. Hydraulic worm ejector The Frozen Meat Grinder is also equipped with a hydraulic worm ejector. When pressing the push button, the worm is pushed out of the worm housing together with the whole cutting set. Therefore the worm and the cutting set are very easy to change. Leading technology with superior power Mobile angled conveyor belt Feeding is achieved by a mobile angled conveyor belt with cross flights and a control unit for height. This guarantees the correct position of the supplied meat blocks. On request, the conveyer belt can be equipped with a metal detector. Any metal pieces in the raw material can therefore be identified. Both conveyor belts of the Frozen Meat Grinders are designed to integrate into fully automatic production lines. Vertical loading device Optionally the GW and GX 400 can be equipped with a stainless vertical loading device for 200 litres standard trolleys BW 200 (DIN 9797). Its electrical interlocking prevents injury from the cutting set. Hydraulic pressing device Irregular shaped frozen meat blocks are presented to the worm by the hydraulic pressing device of the GW. Therefore a constant throughput is achieved. There is no pressing device necessary for the GX 400 due to its even wider worm. Bayonet locking The solid stainless bayonet locking ensures a fast and easy change of the hole plates and knives. As the outer ring remains on the housing, the front part of the bayonet is considerably lighter than the whole screw nut. The bayonet locking also protects the thread of the worm housing. Control panel All control elements are clearly installed at the operator position. The control panel of the machine is laidout in an ergonomical way. Clear symbols for the functions of the machine guarantee an ease of operation and avoid errors. Worm cradle The stainless worm cradle is delivered as standard. Technical overview Outlet height The outlet height at the worm housing is cm. This means there are different possibilities for further transport of the minced material, via trolleys, conveyor belts, screw conveyors or other transport systems. Individual adjustments of the outlet height are possible at anytime.
