AP1 Management and coordination Project structure Activity Package is aimed to ensure succesfull project implementation and coordination AP2 Information and visibility Activity Package is focused to inform wider public about the project activities and results as well to promote culture heritage and tourism opportunities in the Project area AP3 Regeneration Activity Package aim is to revitalize parks of manor houses and to find out best management of parks and their integration into tourism, local economies, culture. AP4 Parks and Crafts Activity package aim is to involve local producers, craftsmen into the events, happenings around the parks more actively, as well organize culture events, showing to local communities and visitors potentials of parks.

AP1 Project management and coordination AP2 Information and visibility AP3 Regeneration AP4 Parks and Crafts Project activities Joint heritage and tourism map - in 90 000 copies in Latvian, English, Russian and Estonian languages; Joint, mobile exhibition pop-up stand about the culture heritage and tourism oppurtunities in Project area; Participation in 3 Tourism exhibitions: Balttour in Rīga, February, 2014; Tourest in Tallinn, February, 2014; Inwetex in St.Petersburg, October, 2014. 1 journalist visit (4 days- up to 15 journalists from Russia) in Project area.

AP1 Project management and coordination AP2 Information and publicity AP3 Regeneration AP4 Parks and Crafts Project activities 3 joint workshops (1 event in each country - Latvia, Estonia, Russia) for the architects, landscape designers, historicans, gardening specialists; 3 experience exchange visits for managers and owners of culture heritage sites Implementation plan "Culture&Heritage in parks" will be elaborated to identify the actions, which supports regeneration of parks in Vidzeme. 4 Technical projects for the regeneration of manor houses parks and small infrastructure elements of parks: The technical project for the building of historical Main gate of Gulbene Red Palace park; Parks of mansions «Rozhdestveno» and «Suida» - technical projects of restoration of parks to complete the reconstruction and the image of mansions of the whole. Preparation of technical project for the renovation of historical track of the manor park surrounding the Sillapää manor house.
