Our automatic bin washers accept all common plastic bin sizes designed to AS4123 and DIN EN 840 standards, including the 660L & 1100L (flat lid). Importantly, our innovative systems do not require adaptors or additional settings to accept these sizes and can wash 2 x 240L bins simultaneously. Water Savings Kleentek believes water is our most precious resource and sustainable use is a necessity, not a goal. We have engineered our bin washers with water conservation at the forefront of our efforts. Our new improved recycling systems are all equipped with water filtration units designed for Australian conditions that allow for several hundred wash cycles per tank of water. Our predischarge systems ensure all water vapour and discharged water is sanitised with state of the art UV disinfectant lamps. By filtering and recycling the water we are able to conserve resources and allow for the complete reclamation or the responsible disposal of used water. 4 5
Energy Savings Our systems deliver considerable energy savings over previous models. The use of advanced insulation around all tanks and hot water plumbing reduces heat dissipation and saves energy. Additional software programming ensures optimal energy efficiency by allowing site managers to adjust the programming to contamination levels and operational schedules, dramatically reducing standby energy consumption. Adjustable water temperatures allow optimal hot water management and the use of a water transfer pump ensures water can be rapidly heated to the desired setting. Low-energy LED lights are installed to allow easy inspection of critical parts lowering energy consumption and reducing the need for replacement. Detergent Savings Through the use of automated dosage pumps and constant liquid volume monitoring we can determine precise dosage requirements saving on detergent wastage. With our Kwikheat water system we can reduce the amount of detergent required for effective cleaning to <1%. Machine Operations At Kleentek we have devoted ourselves to evaluating each process and function, adding new technology and engineering each feature to enhance the wash quality. To assist the operator we have incorporated the latest advances in high pressure measuring and control systems to provide constant monitoring and operator support. Simple Operation An easy to operate hydraulic or pneumatic lifter system raises the containers into the wash bay where they are cleaned by high pressure rotating spray heads. A high-pressure contoured boom traces the exterior length of the bin for a superior clean. Minimal training is required and intuitive prompts on the user-interface mean high operator efficiency can be quickly achieved. This is a single operator machine requiring no supervision. Management RFID identification of each bin through the wash process is available, simplifying your operation and administration and giving you total control over the process with timely information and reporting. Management enabled codes provide set and lock operating and reporting parameters for added safety and control. Filtration Specially designed composite filter packs minimise the need for replacement, capturing gross contaminants and filtering the water. The multi-stage filtration of recycled water will improve the reliability and lifecycle of wash heads and pumps. Pumps We have upgraded the pumping plant to include world-leading technology from Interpump. Our pumps are now more compact, more powerful and quieter. They have been designed and installed to facilitate simple maintenance. High Pressure Cleaning Our new contoured boom is fitted with 6 high pressure, high speed rotating turbo nozzles for effective high-pressure top and side cleaning. The pneumatic controlled boom travels over the length of the bins ensuring an effective scrubbing action for the best possible clean. For internal cleaning we use state of the art, self-propelled multi-jet high-pressure nozzles that rotate 360 degree rotation at 110 rpm, with 170 degree coverage for a dramatically improved super clean. Air Dryers Our new dryer nozzles dry the bin internally with powerful, high-flow air-jets delivering in excess of 2,500 l/min flow of directed air. By delivering the air from our built-in compressors, we minimise noise and increase performance leaving the internals of the bin free of water residue. 6 7
Detergent Sprays To ensure efficiency of the wash cycle, a dosing pump will automatically apply our nonfoaming, biodegradable detergents that are specially formulated to remove stubborn dirt and organic material, ensuring an exceptional clean. Finally each bin receives a disinfectant and deodorizing spray during the drying cycle to ensue that it is not only sterilised but smells good too. Control Systems The new generation Siemens control systems provide intuitive operation and monitoring. This allows for integrated operation to easily customise wash programs in response to contamination levels. With its intelligent processing power, operation parameters such as cycle times, detergent dosing and water temperature can now be precisely controlled. Machine wake and sleep modes can also be optimised to match your operational hours, ensuring absolute efficiency.
