READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS OWNER S MANUAL OF HUMIDIFIER MH-602 Instruction Technical Data Working Principle Features Correct Humidity Level Function of MH-602 Security Guide Explored Drawing Operation Instruction Trouble Shooting Guide Maintenance *Technical data Model No: MH-602 Standard Output: 300ml/H Water Tank Volume: 5.8 Liter Noise Level: < 35 db (A) Rated voltage: 220-240V Frequency: 50Hz Rated Power input: 30W N.W/G.W: 1.6kg/1.9kg *Working Principle: Ultrasonic Humidifier use the ultrasonic high-frequency oscillator to break up water into tiny water particles with the diameter of about 1-5um.The ventilation system blows out this water into the dry air where they evaporate to give the required humidity. The clearly visible smooth and even fog can be seen out of the unit. *Features: High efficient in humidification with large output. Low energy consumption, save 85-90 percent of electricity of normal stream humidifier. Long lifetime Automatic control to humidity level, lack-water security protection. *Correct Humidity Level: What exactly is relative humidity: Relative humidity is the percentage of the actual water vapor contains to the saturated water vapor contains under the same definite temperature and space. We normally mark it with %RH, like 45%RH. Atomosphereic air always contains water vapor, the percentage of which depends the meterological conditions. The higher the temperature is the more the air keeps water vapor. Therefore, we use the concept of relative humidity. When the cold air ins heated up to the comfort temperature in winter, the relative percentage of the water vapor falls which means the relative humidity drops. In order to keep a comfortable and health environment at home, we need some artificial addition of water or water vapor to room air- that s air humidification.

Ideal relative humidity levels under different situations. The most comfort RH for human being 45-65%RH Ideal RH for prophylactic and curative purpose: 40-55%RH Computer and telecom apparatuses: 45-60%RH Furniture and musical instrument: 40-60%RH Library art gallery and museums: 40-60%RH *Function of MH-505Ultrasonic Humidifier: To increase and to regulate relative humidity of the room air; To eliminate electrostatic charges; To prevent different diseases: To keep your appearance fit and protect your skin: To adjust room temperature *Security Guide: Warning: Please be aware of the following points otherwise you might in danger if high voltage charges or but your body. 1) Never disassembly the base unit without consult qualified personnel. 2) If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. 3) Do not change attachment without definite permit from our company otherwise you might catch hazard. 4) Any abnormal smell during normal operation, please switch off and disconnect power supply and want qualified personnel amend. 5) Unplug appliance during filling, cleaning and maintenance. 6) Do not add detergents, chemical solutions which are not made by our company into the unit. 7) Keep detergents, chemical solutions away children. 8) Cleaning with clear water when detergents & chemical solutions splash into mouth & eyes, consulting doctors against serious hazard. 9) Never touch water in the Water Basin & components in the water when the unit is in working. 10) Never switch on when there is no water in the water. 11) Never scrape Ultrasonic Atomizing Transducer at will. 12) Never clean Ultrasonic Atomizing Transducer with detergents, chemical solutions that not made by our company. 13) Never let water splash into inner Base Unit when cleaning for avoiding components damage. 14) Never move the machine with the full water tank. 15) Posit the unit on the even surface and keep the machine at lease 2 meters far away from the furniture and the other electrical appliances. 16) Care should be taken due to emission of hot vapor. 17) This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. 18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

*Operation Instruction First Operation, put unit under the room temperature for half of an hour before running (Especially when the outdoor temperature is lower than 5 ). It is recommended to use the unit under temperature of 5-40, relative humidity less than 80% RH. Use clear water not over 40. Check the water, make sure it is clear. Operation steps: 1. Take the water tank (3) out of the base (7), revolve the tank-cap by the directions of LOOSEN and FASTEN (5), and fill the water tank (3) with clear water. Close the tank-cap (5), and put the water tank (3) onto the base (7) carefully. 2. Put the Nozzle (1) into the socket on top of the water tank (3). 3. Connect the power cord (9), switch on the unit (8) (NEVER RUN THE UNIT WHEN THERE IS NO WATER IN WATER BASIN), the LED display will on for 2 seconds then be off. The unit stands by. 4. ON/OFF: It takes charge the electric supply of the whole unit. When press ON, the display is on, the machine operates with the lowest mist output, at the same time the fan motor works. When it is OFF, all the functions are invalid, and the display is off. 5. DELAY START: When the unit stands by, press this button. The preset time can be chosen from 1 hour to 24 hours. The preset time will be counted down to work with the highest mist output. At the same time, Ionizer works, the humidity level is 99RH%. 6. MIST: 4 levels from Low, Middle, Senior to High for different mist output. And the

corresponding power is from 17-19W (L), 19-23W (M), 23-27W (S) to 27-30W (H). 7. AUTO OFF: Settings from 1-24 hours. 0 means cancelling the settings. 3 seconds after your settings, the timer function will be counted down to work by minutes and will display with current humidity by turns for 5 seconds if having set the humidity level. 8. HUMIDISTAT: Settings from 40-95RH% by 5RH%. 0 means cancelling the settings. 3 seconds after your settings, the humidistat works. It stops when the current humidity is more than the setting level, but the fan motor will keep working for 5 minutes. And will operate when the current humidity is 2RH% less than the setting level. 9. ANION: When the machine stands by, press the ANION button, it works whatever it is humidifying. The fan motor works at the same time. If it is not humidifying, when the ANION is off, the fan motor stops. But if it is humidifying, when the ANION is off, the fan motor still works. 10. Protection when waterless: When the tank is out of water, the Waterless lamp is on. And the machine stops. Then the settings of TIMER and HUMIDISTAT will be cancelled. When filling the water, it should be reset for the functions. *Trouble Shooting Guide Any trouble found in normal operation, please kindly refer to the following points: Trouble Possible reasons Shooting Way LED display is off No power supply Connect power supply Not press ON Switch on LED display is on, no mist no No water in water tank Fill water into water tank wind Too much water in the water Pull out some water from the water, closed the cover of water tank tightly.
