Plant Shed C (Commercial) 8810 Davis Boulevard Resolution No. 1107 Approved December 1, 1998 There will be no permanent display or permanent outside storage of landscape items (such as timber, fertilizer, sod, or dirt etc.) in front of the building visible from Davis Blvd. Temporary seasonal display of flowers, pumpkins, Christmas trees, etc. will be allowed. Nursery with Outside Storage permitted in the C zoning district (Ordinance No. 690 approved December 15, 1992). The approved Site Plan restricted outside display and storage in front of the building. Landscape Design Systems, formerly Suttons Nursery R (Retail) 1823 Keller Parkway Resolution No. 640 & Ordinance No. 807 Approved December 5, 1995 All outside storage of materials and equipment, other than seasonal display in areas designated for such display in front to the building and shown on the site plan, must be stored behind the building without any visibility from the street. The front seasonal display areas as shown on the site plan may be used for orderly and attractive display of seasonal merchandise. Nursery with Outside Storage required an SUP in the R zoning district (Ordinance No. 690, approved December 15, 1992). Sutton's Nursery was granted an SUP on December 5, 1995 Resolution No. 640 & Ordinance No. 807). The approved SUP restricted outdoor items that were not seasonal in front of the building. R (Retail) Ordinance No. 1500 Approved May 4, 2010 An amendment to the existing SUP to expand the outside storage and display area. No parking spaces shall be used for the purpose of outside storage or seasonal display. No outdoor storage or display is permitted unless approved by an SUP in the R zoning district (Ordinance No. 1435, approved November 18, 2008). This SUP expanded the original outside display and storage area which was approved by Resolution No. 640 and Ordinance No. 807 on December 5, 1995. The Home Depot C (Commercial) 2013 S. Main Street Resolution No. 1407 Approved May 2, 2000 Outside display and sales permitted in areas specified on the approved Site Plan. Nursery with Outside Storage permitted in the C zoning district (Ordinance No. 690, approved December 15, 1992). Outside display and sales permitted in areas specified on the approved Site Plan. Tom Thumb TC (Town Center) 1000 Keller Parkway Resolution No. 1129 Approved December 15, 1998 Site Plan does not address outside storage/display. Open storage is not listed in the TC zoning district (Ordinance No. 690, approved December 15, 1992). No outside storage or display is permitted unless screened from the view of public roadways (Ordinance No. 932 Town Center Design Guidelines, approved October 20, 1998). Walgreens TC (Town Center) 1470 Keller Parkway Resolution No. 1229 Approved June 1, 1999 No outside vending machines will be permitted. Open storage is not listed in the TC zoning district (Ordinance No. 690, approved December 15, 1992). No outside storage or display is permitted unless screened from the view of public roadways (Ordinance No. 932 Town Center Design Guidelines, approved October 20, 1998).
