02 Dräger DM-6 BG 4 Mask Dryer Benefits Simple operation Ambient air is drawn through a reusable metal filter, heated, and blown into the drying cabinet. Connection points on the front, side and bottom of the dryer allow for fast and efficient drying. Standard features The DM-6 Mask Dryer includes the following standard features: Quiet blower for air circulation 1,700 Watt heater for fast drying 60 minute spring-timer for simple, unattended operation Stainless steel construction 20 A, twist-lock power cable Reusable, aluminum air filter with MERV 4 rating (10" x 20" x 1" / 254 mm x 508 mm x 25.4 mm) Designed for six BG 4 masks The DM-6 has been designed to dry the main components of up to six BG 4 units at one time. The cabinet is used to dry Dräger full-face masks. The twelve ports on the front of the dryer are designed to quickly attach to inhalation/exhalation hoses and breathing bags. Six ports on the left- hand side of the dryer accommodate relief valve hoses. Slotted tracks on the bottom of the cabinet allow for drying of the breathing air cooler. Flexibility The compact design of the DM-6 provides flexibility for every workshop setup. The DM-6 is available in two configurations. The dryer cabinet can be supplied with wall mounts for permanent installation. If mobility is required, the dryer can be supplied on a stainless steel frame with swiveling caster wheels. Brakes on the wheels stabilize the dryer.
