Heat Exchangers Shell and Tubes HEAT EXCHANGERS for petrochemical, nuclear, conventional and severe services are products wheree TR-TECNICAL performs both thermal and mechanical design. For this purpose, TR-TECNICAL uses its own design methods and design software as well as Heat Transfer Research Inc. (HTRl) software. It is worth mentioning that TR-TECNICAL has been a contributing member of HTRI since 1972. TR-TECNICAL is privileged to have successfully undergone the rigorous audit process for registration with the Nuclear Safety Regulatory Dept. of State Council in the PR of China, as a HAF604 certificate holder, TR-TECNICAL is qualified for the design of nuclear safety equipment. Boilers HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATOR (GT-200MW) Heat recovery steam generators (combined cycle) are typically used in combined cycle electric power generation. Waste heat from gas turbine exhaust is used to generate steam. The low temperature of the exhaust gases compared to direct fired units puts less stress on the boiler tubes. These units are typically constructed of lighter grade materials. INDUSTRIAL WATER TUBE (>25 TPH) Boilers-Industrial Water Tube operating principle is to circulate hot gases from combustion on the outside of a given number of tubes filled with water. The tubes connect an upper header or a steam drum and one or lower headers or drums. Tubes can be complex and of diverse bends. Because the pressure is confined inside the tubes, Water Tube boilers can be fabricated in larger sizes and used for higher-pressure applications. Water recirculation between upper and lower drums inside the tubes is achieved by differential pressure driving force owing to the gradient of fluid density inside the tubes. WASTE HEAT BOILER (PACKAGE) (>150 TPH) Packaged boilers are assembled in a factory, mounted on a skid, and transported to the site as one package, ready for installation and connecting to auxiliary piping. Shop assembled boilers are built up from a number of individual pieces or subassemblies. After these parts are aligned, connected and ested, the entire unit is shipped to the site in one main piece. WASTE HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM For most fuel-fired heating equipment, a large amount of the heat supplied is wasted as exhaust or flue gases. The energy efficiency can often be increased by using waste heat gas recovery systems to capture and use some of the energy in the flue gas. STEAM GENERATION SOLAR SYSTEMSS (50 MW-100 MW) TR-TECNICAL is one of the most experienced firms and holds own technology in the design and development of high temperature receivers for Solar Tower and Concentrated Panels technologies. We design and supply the CSR tower receiver and the whole train for the CSP which is made up of steam boilers, super-heaters, re-heaters and pre-heaters heat exchangers for oil or salt as thermal fluids.

Incineration Combustion Chambers RTO s TR-TECNICAL designs and supplies Thermal Oxidizers for the Petrochemical & Refining Industries, specialising in Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser Packages (RTO). The monitoring and control of emissions is becoming stricter and the penalties for failing to comply with local and national regulations can be high. This has prompted many industries to evaluate how they manage the by-products from various processess and to find ways to comply with the emission regulations. One of the best and most efficient ways for VOC abatement is the RTO. It can have a thermal efficiency of up to 95% for VOC concentrations of 10 g/m3 (solvent). The structured ceramic packing preheats the incoming VOC laden waste gas stream. Partially oxidised gases then flow into the combustion chamber where they reside for a predetermined time at the combustion temperature. The cleaned gas then exits through another ceramic bed which absorbs the heat before being vented to atmosphere. The reheated packed bed then begins a new cycle by heating a new incoming waste gas stream. Major advantages of our modular design allow fast and efficient site assembly, low maintenance and high availability. High energy recovery results in low fuel requirements. High O2 content in waste stream can eliminate need for expensive combustion air blowers. Rotary Drying Drums ROTARY DRUMS bring into contact a wet solid material with a hot gas stream, either in co-current or counter-current flow. The material is lifted by the inner blades so that the two streams are mixed. The material moisture is removed by evaporation while the temperature of the gas drops significantly. The drums are inclined in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity. The material is lifted and follows an internal cascade to attain an optimal contact between the two flows increasing the wetted surface exposure to the drying or cooling flow stream. An optimized rotary dryer design needs to address different key drum diameter, proper gas velocity, mixing and residencee times. factors such as, A drum dryer is supplied with 3 frames: driving unit, trunnion, and thrust rollers. Sulphur Recovery Units TR-TECNICAL supplies under an EPC scheme complete Sulphur Recovery Unit packages. Typical scope under EPC contract embraces the plant and equipment design, detailed engineering development, equipment and material procurement managing, and project site managing regarding construction, erection and start-up activities. TR-TECNICAL is able to work with any Sulphur Recovery Licenses, developing the detailed engineering or can provide non-licensed basic designs. Projects executed include plant upgrading studies and design services for capital equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers and condensers. The Claus process is the most significant gas desulfurizing process, recovering elemental sulphur from gaseous hydrogen sulphide. The sulphur recovery process captures sulphur from the gaseous hydrogen sulphide found in raw natural gas and from the by-product gases containing hydrogen sulphide from refining crude oil and other industrial processes. Appropriate burners shall be selected and the use of the right catalysts to attain the requested recovery rates and assure as the same time long life catalyst component service.
