The house sits on a private dead end street in the Encanto area of San Diego. Rehab Overview This home needed minor exterior work which included painting, landscaping and new vinyl replacement windows. The interior work included new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and new flooring and paint throughout. Am additional bath was added and the existing one renovated.
