Dual-track rail : KhengKoi Klong Sip Khao Chachoengsao distance 106 Km. (State Railway of Thailand) Project in brief Current status Construction of the new track along the line total distance of 106 km. The Design max. speed 160 km./hr. for the passenger train 120 km./hr. for the goods train about 11,348 MB. Under Construction (about 0.52%) Note : All Eastern Railway Line is now Double-track. High speed rail : Bangkok - Rayong 193.5 Km. (Under Thailand's Infrastructure Development Master Plan (2015 2022 plan ) Passing 4 provinces with 6 stations (State Railway of Thailand) Project in brief Current Status Design Speed : 250 km./hr. Travel Time : 65 min. about 152,712 MB. Under FS study for submit to the Public Private Partnership Committee in July 2016 Opening 2021 Note : The Railway cooperation between China and Thailand will commence the construction in Bangkok Nakon Ratchasima in 2016. Thai side will be solely responsible for investment of the Project. 8

U-Tapao Airport (Royal Thai Navy) Project in brief Capacity 0.8 Million Passenger/year Runway 3,505 x 60 meter (Class E Airplane - Boeing 747 Airbus 380) 49 Remote Aprons Cargo Facilities, Maintenance Repair Overhaul: MRO Facilities (by Thai airways) Ongoing Development (Phase I : 2014 2016) New Terminal: with capacity of 3 Million Passenger/year. New Apron: with 2 connecting bridge to terminal building. New Ground Service and Cargo Facilities 9

Aeropolis @ U-Tapao Rayong, Thailand Aim to promote Thailand as a regional aviation hub, providing aircraft maintenance and aviation training services to all ASEAN countries. An estimated investment of 15.274 billion (around $443 million) over the next 15 years. Incentives Provided by Board of Manufacture or repair of aerospace, including aerospace parts and equipment or onboard equipment - 8-year corporate income tax exemption without being subject to a corporate income tax exemption cap - Exemption of import duty on machinery, raw or Essential materials used - Other non-tax incentives.. 2 nd Phase (2021-2023) Enhancing the capacity to handle all domestic flights (or 96 aircrafts) Aeropolis 3 nd Phase (2026-2028) Serve as the repair and maintenance for over 250 aircrafts in Thailand and neighboring countries. 1 st Phase (2016-2018) Increase the U-Tapao Airport s handling capacity to 3 million passengers per year Establishing Maintenance Repair and Overhaul: MRO The aviation industrial estate will be able to service around 48 aircraft per year. 10
